  Whoever is responsible for how this business is run should be fired. I made a reservation for a brake inspection at 10:30 and arrived at 10. At 11:30, my car was still sitting in the parking lot and I observed a car being taken into one of the bays that had an appointment after mine. Why does this business have a reservation service that they don’t even follow. No explanations from any of the three service people standing at the counter. Corporate is not doing their job an neither are the people running this store.

  Fair warning -- Avoid going here at all costs. I took my car in for a new set of tires. I scheduled an appointment and then proceeded to wait 3 hours for them to complete the installation of new tires. The waiting room was nice, I didn't mind waiting as long as the tires were installed correctly. However, a couple days later my front passenger tire was severely low and I had to stop at a gas station to fill it with air. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them to get it fixed. I took it in AGAIN for what they said was going to be an hour repair. I proceeded to wait another 3 hours before it was "fixed". They didn't even both to tell me what the problem was that they fixed. I was already upset and just wanted to leave so i didn't ask. Well a couple weeks later one of my tires started leaking air again! I called Belle Tire to fix it again, they didn't seem sorry at all for my troubles and made me schedule another appointment at an inconvenient time of day. I eventually said forget it and called Juniors Tires instead. I took my car into Juniors the same day and they fixed it within an hour. They let me know the problem was with the seal between the rim and the tire. My car is a 2014, so the rims were a little corroded and Juniors properly cleaned the rim to get a solid seal. If Belle Tire had cleaned the rims before installing the new tires, I would have saved several hours of my time.

  I have always taken my vehicles to Belle Tire but after my last experience a couple weeks ago I will never go there again. I rode over a piece of metal on the road and was losing air in my tire so I drove a couple minutes down the road to Belle Tire and told them my situation. I got there around 12:30 and was told that they were 2 hours behind on their appointments and that he couldn't guarantee that they would even be able to help me before they closed at 8:00. Meanwhile my tire is losing air quickly and I didn't want to risk driving on it so I mentioned that, and was told that I would have to drive down the street to the mall parking lot and call AAA to put my spare on for me and then could bring the tire back to get repaired. He told me that they don't allow repairs in the parking lot. I was so furious I took off and drove a few doors down and went to Discount Tire. They looked at my tire right away and told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the piece of metal was too big to patch the hole. They put my spare tire on for me and I was out the door within 30 minutes. I went back to Discount Tire the following week and got a new set of 4 tires. In the future I will definitely go back to Discount Tire and have told all my family and friends about my terrible experience at Belle.
