  Had an appointment for a tire leak. Waited two hours for them to start working on it. Another hour for them to find the leak and fix it. Belle is for commercial fleets and not individuals. Regret buying my tires there. Never again.

  Where to begin...i made an alignment appointment so I wasn't waiting all day with 2 kids. Got there, was ignored by a guy as a stood at the counter...no greeting or "hey ill be right with you" just walked away after i stood there for 5 minutes. 2 HOURS later i was told that they couldn't do my alignment due to a control arm in the rear. a part needs replaced, fine, but waiting 2 hours to be told they didn't do a damn thing is absolutely not okay. This is the best place to go if you want to waste your time and don't bother making an appointment, because it really doesn't do you any good 🙄

  Wow what a terrible job this place did. We had an appointment at 11:00 to have a camper tire replaced. We waited an hour and half before they even got to our camper. Then when we walked out, they put the wrong size tire on. It was noticeable smaller and they should have caught that. We went back in and the front desk man claimed it was his fault and they would get the correct one on. We waited for 2 hours total before we had the correct tire on. No discount given or anything for waiting an hour and half of our time.

  My wife and I were vacationing in Traverse City when she noticed that we had a small bolt in the middle of our tire. It was late in the day and we were far from home. I felt lucky to find a brand name tire shop open until 8pm on a Thursday. I called at 6pm, and the manager confirmed that they could repair the tire that evening. When I arrived, the manager was very professional. He took my info, then drove my car back to the service bays. While waiting with other customers in the clean, airy waiting area, I was impressed that he treated the other customers with respect and patience. After 45 minutes, he came to me and said that my tire was fixed and that I was ready to go. When I asked what the charge was, he simply said "There is no charge, this is a courtesy service." That manager turned a scary event far from home into a heart-warming experience. Thank you, sir.

  Terrible experience. My wife had a rock damage her tire on the way to work. I brought the tire up to belle tire @ 920 AM. They said they couldn't fix had to replace. Fine. Said appt was @10:30 would be done by 1130. I waited till noon checked in and the tire was still sitting in the lobby untouched. Told them I was frustrated left and went to work not knowing when it would be done. Was at work for 10 mins and got a message tire was done. 4 hours to get a tire replaced that was already off the car. If they couldn't do it fine, I'd have gone somewhere else. If they knew it was gonna take 4 hours fine, I'd have gone somewhere else. Never again. Done with belle tire.
