  Got me in quick but said they can't work on my vehicle due to some loose bushings . I get they can't do an alignment with those being broken. THAT BEING SAID. they quoted me over 850$ for those in parts and labor. Literally anywhere else will be cheaper . I can't imagine some old lady, not knowing what is wrong with her vehicle, dumping money into it without checking other places for quotes.

  Sam and the crew up front are absolute pros—patient, friendly, and somehow able to explain basic vehicle maintenance to the general public (which, let’s be honest, is basically a superpower at this point). The techs are always on it and actually know what they’re doing, which is refreshing in a world where people think oil changes are optional and tire pressure is just a suggestion. I’ve never had a single issue, and I trust Belle Tire in Traverse City with all my vehicle needs—especially since they clearly have the skills to deal with the rest of us.

  Very disappointing… I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30AM for a simple tire patch job… i already had the tire off and the leak located… all that needed to be done was a simple patch and put my car back together. It is now 2pm and i am STILL waiting. I completely understand things happen and you get backed up… but 2 1/2 hours for a TIRE PATCH?! Blew my entire Saturday plans. Will not be returning.

  Had a fantastic experience at Belle Tire in Traverse City, specifically working with Faris. I came in with an issue with my Continental tires and needed to file a warranty claim, which can be a frustrating process, but Faris made it completely painless. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of my warranty and got me set up with a brand new set of tires. What really stood out was how easy he was to work with throughout the whole process. By the end of it, it felt like I was talking to a friend rather than someone at a shop. That kind of genuine, personable service is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to work with Faris again. Highly recommend!

  I went to this Lyft vehicle inspection center, but I failed because my rear wiper needed replacing. I had actually noticed this issue and ordered a new wiper from Amazon to install, but they insisted I install the new one and pay a $30 fee for a new pass report. However, if I simply installed the wiper here，I would pass immediately，I would absolutely not recommend coming here.and when we talking about this ，my wiper from amazon already arrival，i just lives cross street，i said can i just put the wipe on in five minutes before they update the report，they rejected，asked me pay 30 more to reinspect.but if you let them change the wiper for you ，you dont need to pay 30 dollar more，i will tell everyone i know dont come to this store，just go discount tire next to them，so much better，quicker
