  Male manager in the store walked up to us around 2:00 today and said I can't help customers Megan was wonderful I would give her 5 stars but unfortunately the manager of the store sets the reputation of the store.

  Went in for windshield wipers and they were very helpful and professional... Even installed them for me...

  I will NEVER return, you have now lost my business as well as my family’s. My daughter came in there asking for help with oil for her car. She’s a young woman and doesn’t know much about cars. The man on the phone was very kind and said he would help her. But when she came into the actual store, they would not help her. They told her she would have to do it herself, that it is against company policy. Well if it’s against company policy, then we won’t be returning. If you can’t help someone with a simple task, then I won’t be returning. She was very disappointed and embarrassed by how she was treated. Shame on you all! I’d give you a zero if I could.
