Worst value in the rental car market DO NOT RESERVE A LUXURY OR CONVERTIBLE They are going to switch your reservation or not have a vehicle at all They have NO PROBLEM LEAVING YOU STRANDED There is a reason the employees do not wear name tags you can’t call customer service for help! They will refer you to the counter help ***update 10/12. Follows Khan’s instructions. Same number I called twice before. Now they can’t help me because reservation number is no longer in the system. my reservation was cancelled (by the counter help) Complete waste of time. When I asked to talk to someone else they said there was no one else (same message from the day they left me stranded) Kahn is probably AI and completely useless

Massive line at the counter and a long wait. But Kasey M was very helpful and sorted me out with a nicer car than I originally booked. Kind of stingy on return though, got charged for less than half a gallon of gas at an exorbitant rate even though I had just filled up right next to the airport.

I always use Alamo when traveling and this rental company has consistently met expectations, always satisfied with the rental reservation process, vehicle availability and easy return. The agents at this location were so helpful, so customer focused.

Staff friendly car was ok; probably no better or worse than any of the other options.

The TVC Airport staff was fantastic! Unfortunately, our first night with the rental, we had a deer run into the drivers side of suv. It was a crazy incident and caused significant damage. I contacted Alamo, who walked me through the process and arranged for a new vehicle. When I arrived at the airport to pick up the replacement vehicle, it was super easy and they provided us with a much nicer suv. This was the first time I purchased additional coverage, outside my credit card & own insurance, thank God I did! If you’re up in Northern Michigan, I’d strongly consider adding it on your rental. Thank you to the Alamo staff at Traverse City Airport!
