  Pulled up was the only vehicle in any Bay at the time. Somehow another vehicle that pulled in after me was serviced first. I asked why the technician said it was his fault because he delayed getting my cabin air filter out. So they started on the other car🙄 I elected for 2 more service other than what I initially came in for (Oil Change) spent more money. Also they did not rest my oil change light on my dash Definitely gotta do better.

  Lexie and Michael were excellent techs always had been Been coning to valvoline for 8 years always happy with everything they do for my three vehicles always will continue services with them.

  Kevin, Charlie and the rest of the crew at the Taylor location are AWESOME! Very professional, efficient anf courteous, something that is rare in customer service these days. I live in Detroit, and I come all the way to Taylor Valvoline on T elegraph Road because I trust them and really appreciate the service that they provide me. The whole crew, they are all keepers, give them all raise, have a blessed day, stay safe!

  The technicians are always great!!! Always willed to help with any questions, like visiting the caring brothers I don't actually have, lol! Quick & thorough process; I am leaving feeling safer than when I arrived. Greatly apereciate the money saving coupon texted to me! Keep up the great work VIOC!!

  Charles was awesome! Explained everything to me about what needed to be done and why it was important. Also very personable and didn’t make it feel like a drag to get my oil changed will be back next time it’s due!!
