  I have the monthly pass for car washes. I roll right up to the "App" gate and it reads my VIN number and I drive in to the wash bay. It's all automated so there isn't anybody to pre-rinse the vehicle or tell you when to stop and put it in neutral but there is a sign and automated sensor which instructs you when to do that. There are no tracks to line your wheels into just a flat mover for you to roll into. This is way better because in the past I've had those tracks you have to line up into scratch my rims. I drive an SUV so the wash doesn't get the flat back that clean but honestly, none of them do. When you're done getting the car washed you can drive around to the back where they have clean microfiber towels to dry off your vehicle. Once I'm done drying it o use the damp rag inside to wipe the dash board, handles, console and anything else that needs wiping down. Once you're done with the rag you put it in a little "dirty" rag bin and they come along periodically and remove the dirty ones to get washed. The vacuums are pretty decent and I regularly see them testing to make sure they aren't blocked and vacuuming appropriately.

  Evie F scammed me when I asked for the 20$ a month subscription and gave me the most expensive $35 plan. Now I can’t even change it in the app and customer service didn’t answer the phone.

  EXCELLENT. One problem, all the vacuums hoses wasn't attached. Love this place. ✌🏽👍🏽
