  Jakob was very friendly and professional. He informed me of the 30 day free trial to the membership which I did not know about. It was very nice to receive such top notch customer service!

  Give me a month for free and so far I can't complain every time I take my car to get it washed it's come out clean. The girl at the counter was super nice and gave me some flyers for my business to give to my customers for some free car washes

  Customer service is top notch! I hit a skunk last night and remembered I had some free car wash coupons from yall so I head up there today for my free wash! It wasn’t enough with one so yall let me have a second free one on the house and I’m super grateful! Also I love the free mat wash and free vacuums! Great high quality car wash and employees are also top notch! Will be back!

  I had a issue during the Transition from "Taylor Car Wash" to "Tommy's Express" where my passenger side mirror was damaged. Despite this transitional period the Manager, Jakob and his Staff were extremely professional and helpful in working with me to get the issue resolved. I Highly recommend Tommy's Express to anyone needing a good quality wash at a affordable price. 🤙
