  Taylor, MI Enterprise is always my go to when i fly into DTW. The airport location only accepts credit cards and I refuse to get one. This location is a ten minute ride by uber/lyft and the rental fee is so much more affordable. This was my 5th or 6th time renting from this location and the staff always goes above and beyond to make your rental the best possible. Thank you again and I’ll be back soon.

  I rented a car from this location for a day and the staff was absolutely amazing Didn’t get the gentlemen’s name who helped me but if you are reading this I would like you to know , your costumer service is above and beyond . Thank you from the AA flight attendant

  My elderly neighbor rented a car due to an accident. She was treated with kindness and respect throughout the process. Great team you have at the Beech Daly Taylor location.

  IF I COULD ZERO STARS I WORLD!!!! You need better customer service! I have been waiting 2 weeks for an "Area Manager" to reach out to me regarding issues I had with my recent rental! I am also still waiting for the "District Manager" to reach out to me! This is the worst customer service I have ever had! The rental car I got had a leak in the tire which caused it to go flat the day after I picked it up. I called the branch I rented from and there is only 1 employee that works there so he was unable to bring a new car to me. His solution was for me to PAY for roadside assistance to come fix the tire or take the car to Belle tire and PAY to get the tire fixed ON A RENTAL CAR! Neither of those were acceptable solutions to the fact that I had a leak in the tire that caused it to go flat. I had to go to work (which is why I rented a car in the first place) and couldn't not take the car back to the branch (as advised by a customer service agent) because ir had a flat tire! It took from 130 pm on July 28 till approximately 130pm on July 29th to get something done about this, because your customer service is only available untill 5pm Monday thruogh Friday. I had to speak to probably 14 different people as I just kept getting transferred around and getting disconnected! I finally got ahold of someone who actually did something and spent probably 15 minutes setting up a new rental car for me and setting up a tow. She sent me the link for the tow, however, as soon as she sent it to me, it was CANCELED! So, I had to call customer service AGAIN and explain everything AGAIN! The agent sent an Uber to my house to pick me up and set up a tow truck to pick up the other car. While I was in the Uber going to get the new car the tow truck driver called me and was upset that I wasn't with the car (it was supposed to be set up as an "unattended" tow) and that I had the key with me. He then hung up on me when I told him that he needed to meet me at Ann Arbor city airport so I could get my personal belongings out of the car. I had to find out from the employee at the airport where the old car was so I could get my personal belongings out of the car. The second car I picked up had non working windows. I tried to get ahold of someone at the branch I rented from to find out how much gas I needed to return the car with, since it only had a half tank when I picked it up. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I was just disconnected! I think had to call customer service. I would like the "District Manager" to call me back to discuss these issues i had! I will NEVER rent from enterprise again! You have the WOST customer service i have ever experienced in my life!

  I rented a white pickup truck on 07/31, and I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. A big part of that was thanks to Joshua (I hope I'm not mistaken with his name), a young tall gentleman who went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Joshua was professional, attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. Even though he was working the counter by himself, he handled multiple customers, answered the phone, and kept everything running smoothly—all while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude. He never seemed rushed or frustrated and made every customer feel valued. I truly appreciate everything Joshua did to make my experience smooth and stress-free. Employees like him are a huge asset to Enterprise, and I wish every customer service representative provided the same level of professionalism, dedication, and care. Thank you, Joshua, for the exceptional service!
