  My experience with this Enterprise was overall great! The service/sales representative Elijah (i think was his name) worked efficiently on what looked to be very busy day. I was highly satisfied and would recommend. I would have gave 5 stars but I didnt because the price (all the rental car companies, not just Enterprise, have inflated their prices...which is a bummer)

  Elijah was the gentleman that assisted me with my rental and let me just say, he is phenomenal. When I realized that he was the only one working, he was still able to assist callers, assist other guests and clean vehicles with a smile. The man deserves a lot of recognition and a raise with how well he ran the whole operation with professionalism and kindness. Thanks again Elijah!

  I had a horrible experience in this location. I had a reservation for a SUV, when I went to pick it up for my vacation, the person said they don't have it. And I told them why he explained to me that he was gonna call me or something like that. But he forgot so that's so unacceptable, and he told me to go look at other locations. You don't have to cancel the reservation you can see other locations they might have it. I had to call ten different locations to be able to get one.This was so unprofessional. I will not be shopping here again.Thank you.

  Customer service was great! After they knew I was traveling far they gave me a slightly different vehicle (same Suv but a little bigger) which we loved. The only thing is that you don't get your vehicle with a full tank. But other than that it was a really nice experience.

  had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental. From the moment I arrived, Casey and the team were phenomenal. Despite what seemed like several customers showing up all at once, they handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. Casey seamlessly multitasked between assisting customers, managing reservations, answering phone calls, cleaning vehicles, and making sure cars were fueled and ready to go. Even with so much happening at once, they remained friendly, patient, and organized. What stood out most was their positive attitude and sense of humor, which made the experience enjoyable and welcoming. It’s not often you see someone juggle so many responsibilities while still providing outstanding customer service. Thank you, Casey, for going above and beyond. Enterprise is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee representing the company.
