- LML. M.1 day ago1.0Not a good experience at all. They advertise free vehicle inspection & quote (see pic). The appointment process asks you if you have any particular issues you're concerned about with your vehicle. I checked my concerns and when I get there for my appointment I'm told it's going to be $140. I say okay well just give me the free inspection. The guy looks at me like I'm crazy and he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I tried to explain to him how it's advertised as a free inspection but he insists on telling me that I have to have a specific problem they're looking for. No that's not how it always works. SMH. An inspection means you inspect the major components of the operation of the vehicle to ensure that it's in good operating order such as brakes, suspension, lights, Etc get it??? They are false advertising and I'm glad I have personal mechanics. I just thought I'd try it based on their misleading advertisement. I'm sticking to my personal mechanic. If you're looking for a free vehicle inspection don't go here

When I called after giving them 3 full hours, I was told that my truck had not even been worked on yet!!!! I specifically told them that I had to be back on my job site by 3:30 which was a 30 min drive away. Now it’s going on 3:30 in the afternoon and I am still here waiting on my truck! No phone call, no communication whatsoever!! DO NOT USE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO & SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY!!

Maybe the company as a whole isn’t bad and doesn’t have this across the board, however I can only speak for my time at this location.
