When I called after giving them 3 full hours, I was told that my truck had not even been worked on yet!!!! I specifically told them that I had to be back on my job site by 3:30 which was a 30 min drive away. Now it’s going on 3:30 in the afternoon and I am still here waiting on my truck! No phone call, no communication whatsoever!! DO NOT USE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO & SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY!!

Maybe the company as a whole isn’t bad and doesn’t have this across the board, however I can only speak for my time at this location.
- BABelicia AndradeApr 25, 20261.0Staff was unprofessional. Called on 04/ 24 asking for an appointment for today. They stated on the phone I did not need one. I arrived today I was not addressed right away. They all just looked at me and seemed like they did not want to talk to me. The mechanic that does alignments was very late to work and they asked me to come back around 1 pm. I arrived at 1 pm. While i was waiting the staff then played mexican music on their computer and all started laughing. It was very racist and rude. I will never be returning. I do not recommend this shop to any female or mexican. They will make you feel uncomfortable.
