  Brandon was the best helped with a wrong item return when another store gave me the wrong ones and went and got the right ones for me! Def will be back bc of him!

  The store Manager Jennifer is amazing I can’t say enough! She is always up front available and willing to do what she can to take care of you, she checked my engine light today and took the time to explain my codes(most zones just print it out and tell me to just buy the part) and explain what I needed, and recommended a good shop to get my car fixed. the crew she has are a great as well. The store is always clean and they stocked. This is the only zone that has the parts in stock, and I don’t have to run to two different zones to get everything. I tell all my family and friends to come here. I am a senior citizen and most just dismiss the seniors, this store manager just cares more.

  Shame they put (Jennifer) as store manager here, a person with her attitude doesn't belong in this field, accusing me of lying about what happened with the part. Rude and will not follow store code. I tried returning a bearing (wrong part) sold to me and she wouldn't take it as it was attempted to be installed but it was the incorrect part (not my fault). I was not expecting to install a incorrect part. I returned the part at another location and asked the manager at other location if she was wrong and he said she was suppose to 100% return/exchange this part. It was a counter sales error. He himself knew exactly who Jennifer was and he was not surprised with her behavior said shes a "fire cracker" ....Lost a customer with me, will not be spending my money here. Corporate needs to do something about this as im reading reviews with her name on them as well
