    Didn't have the car that I wanted but I also didn't order it online, walked in and asked for a vehicle a drove out with one. Great people to work with

    Enterprise needs to retire vehicles that have more than 50k miles and/or 3+ years old! We rented a 2022 minivan with 83k miles on it and it showed. Smelled like smoke, interior was extremely worn and falling apart. I was afraid it wasn’t going to make the journey the way the transmission kept jolting. Since we rented it from a small town Enterprise office, the choice to swap it out for something else was not an option due to lack of inventory. Next time I’ll rent from a larger lot.

    Pick up was interesting, but drop off was very easy. Car was clean and nice. Everyone was kind and on top of it. Thank you!

    When I went for my pick up the car I originally reserve was not ready so Enterprise gave me a upgrade at no additional cost. Which was a more spacious and had the same 30 miles per gallon on the high way. I just wanted to say thank you and I will most certainly be using them in the future.

    Closed Sat, Sun and Mon this week but we do live in a small town. So I scheduled and planned my trip for Tuesday. They called 10 minutes prior to pick up to tell me my car needed an oil change. So we ended up being late. I have rented from this Enterprise several times but typically I go to a larget city near me to avoid it.
