I brought a coupon for 50% off for new customers and I've never been to a Valvoline before. Unfortunately, the person that owned my car before me had and I couldn't use the coupon. I find this incredibly unfair.

I went here to get my oil changed done on September 24, 2026 on September 28. My car was in a shop to get an alternator replaced and the mechanic they told me I needed an oil change and all my fluids were not full. They were below half so I contacted the oil change. They have admitted they did not fill up the fluids mind you I paid $114 for an oil change and the oil was black after four days I highly do not recommend this location. I’m not even sure if they did the oil change just said it was done because my mechanic asked me to get Oil changed I requested that they redo the oil change a refund my money there is Camras there. They said they did do the oil change, but they did not fill up the fluids. At least they admitted to half wrongdoing.

Great experience all around! The staff was quick, professional and their super pro was on point! ( i used to manage a valvoline in Florida!) The manager on duty Joe was very friendly and went over everything that was recommended by the manufacturer. I never felt any pressure to buy anything! Highly recommended!

For staters, a girl guides me in to the bay shaking both her hands in a way that no one know if it’s left, right or straight. She looked like she having a panic attack. Thank goodness I know how to pull into an oil change bay or else my car would have wound up in the pit. FIX THAT!!! Second, they quoted me $114 for an oil change. Full synthetic. I declined and left. Went down the street and got one for $59. I highly suggest you don’t go here to get your car worked on. Unless you want to leave broke or by tow truck. I’m still in awe by the way this woman guided me I. Crazy!!

I had a great experience here! The services were very reasonably priced, and the entire process was quick and efficient. I really appreciated how friendly and professional everyone was. The manager, Mel, went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was being done to my car. She took the time to explain each service in detail, what it does for my vehicle, and why it was important. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find places that provide great service, fair prices, and genuinely take the time to educate their customers. I definitely left feeling confident that my car was taken care of. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
