  Parts doesn’t price match to other Vw dealers. I was a parts associate for 3 years in Honda of Troy and price matching was essential to the business… Full quote from Fox Vw of Rochester - $78 plus tax.. and the parts counter person refused to price match 4 spark plugs. Pitiful. I thought you guys wanted business!! Won’t be returning.

  NOTICE all the positive reviews are people leaving a review of buying a new car but nothing good post sale.....that should tell you enough not to buy here! me a and my wife bought a brand new vw Tiguan and now it burns a quart of oil every other gas fill up and a nice cloud of smoke in the parking lot on start up, we took it in for service since its under warranty and they said the parts are on backorder and can take over 6 months so in the meantime you get a car that you don't have to change the oil on because you add so much its basically still fresh oil... what a joke. i change my oil every 5k miles but if you do there recommended 10k mile interval you change your oil twice in that time period.... we where suppose to go on vacation and this is our main car for the kids and our trip is 1,900 miles one way so i guess i need to find a different car or carry 9 quarts of oil with me and hope it doesn't get worse let alone I'm sure the catalytic converter really loves all the burnt oil but I'm sure vw will try to pawn that one off on me when I'm just out of warranty
