NOTICE all the positive reviews are people leaving a review of buying a new car but nothing good post sale.....that should tell you enough not to buy here! me a and my wife bought a brand new vw Tiguan and now it burns a quart of oil every other gas fill up and a nice cloud of smoke in the parking lot on start up, we took it in for service since its under warranty and they said the parts are on backorder and can take over 6 months so in the meantime you get a car that you don't have to change the oil on because you add so much its basically still fresh oil... what a joke. i change my oil every 5k miles but if you do there recommended 10k mile interval you change your oil twice in that time period.... we where suppose to go on vacation and this is our main car for the kids and our trip is 1,900 miles one way so i guess i need to find a different car or carry 9 quarts of oil with me and hope it doesn't get worse let alone I'm sure the catalytic converter really loves all the burnt oil but I'm sure vw will try to pawn that one off on me when I'm just out of warranty

Stay away from this place if you could!
The sales team is nice, but the service team will make sure to spoil your experience.
The worst service team ever - I highly recommend for peace of mind to not purchase any car from this dealership.
Never had such bad experience when it was Vytell, the new ownership doesn't seem to care. Moran ownership needs to train their service consultants on how to treat customers.

The worst service team ever - I highly recommend for peace of mind to not purchase any car from this dealership. Have a VW Atlas Cross Sport 2024 on lease - already showing Drive System faults - the service was taking more than promised time, which is understandable, but Mr . Ralph Russell Celi at service did not even show the courtesy to properly inform me, nor provide any proper resolution, no loaner till the very last moment ( he calls me at 4.30 pm on Friday and says if you get here somehow before 6pm, sorry we cannot have anyone pick you up, i can get you a rental, but make sure to refill the gas) and not even a sorry when we went there for all the issues.
Cant wait to get out the lease from these guys. There sales team was nice, even the prior service consultants were better, but this was a bad experience overall.
I was told that they don't work on audi's here. Guess which company owns and makes audi?
