  Wanted me to continue calling back to check availability. Hangs up the phone before formally ending the conversation. No thanks for giving the business. Wont go here. Enterprise needs to do better and train their people on proper customer service and interaction.

  My wife recently received an email from this location using her legal name and email address. We are not from Michigan and currently live in Arizona, so naturally, this raised some serious concerns about whether someone may be using her personal information without her knowledge. I called the location to try to get more information and make sure her information wasn’t being misused. After about fives minutes, someone finally answered and immediately hung up. I called back, and although someone answered, I was immediately placed on hold every minute or so just to be hung up on again after 5 minutes. This was extremely frustrating, especially given the nature of the situation. When someone is calling because they are concerned about potential unauthorized use of their personal information, I would expect the situation to be taken seriously and handled with professionalism. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

  The experience was great. I was picked up from the car collision shop, the process of getting checked in was speedy. They were very busy when I arrived but everyone working there was friendly and very composed.

  My father rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location. The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when it was provided to him. After we returned it, Enterprise submitted a damage claim to his insurance company while also charging the credit card they had on file—apparently attempting to collect the same alleged damages through two separate channels. We are now being repeatedly contacted by Penny DelCampo in Enterprise’s recovery unit. The claim is especially questionable because my father was hospitalized for most of the rental period, and the vehicle was returned after only a few days of limited use. Enterprise has not adequately explained when or how this alleged damage supposedly occurred. They will not receive a penny from us unless they can provide credible evidence establishing that my father caused the damage and explaining the basis for both the insurance claim and the credit-card charge. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this Enterprise location. Document the vehicle carefully before leaving the lot, because you may find yourself dealing with an unexplained damage claim afterward. STAY AWAY. The generic response from Enterprise is below.
