  The guys are so awesome here super friendly and efficient I was in n out with a rental in less then 20 months when crest Lincoln didn’t have a loaner for me and when I returned my car I was instantly greeted by Ross who himself drove me to my dealer to get my car back 10/10 experience

  A joke, really. Made sure to confirm our vehicle twice.. because trust issues with humans these days. **Cough cough.** Confirmed that the vehicle we've requested is on the lot. (Confirmed as yes, both times.) Show up to find out your vehicle was "extended by the person prior" - so definitrly not on the lot. They tried to "upgrade" the vehicle... to one that smelled of smoke (against their policy 😉.) Got a different vehicle, as an "upgrade"... no oil... on a holiday weekend. 24/7 Customer service is no help either. "We make it our goal to give every customer a great experience." "Be confident that you'll get the vehicle you'll need." Congrats enterprise, you've really outdone yourself 🤣👏👏👏

  Really poor experience at this location, I reserved a car for a 9AM pick up when I arrived there were no cars available. Had to wait 2 hour to get a smelly car with high mileage that drives rough . The car was not even cleaned and had to clean it my self before I drove it with my family. Really disappointed ☹️

  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise, and I really want to give a huge thank you to William Sokol! While the intern who checked me in was incredibly friendly and efficient, William took care of me during check-out. I ran into a situation with my Lyft, and William went above and beyond to make sure I got home safely. The whole rental process was simple, fast, and the car was fantastic, compact, unique color, great rims, and smelled amazing. I even extended my rental for another week, and that process was just as smooth. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d give it a 9 out of 10, and i absolutely will be renting from this location again.
