- FRFatjon RadaciOct 5, 20261.0The service advisors at this Belle Tire location are some of the worst and rudest advisors I have ever encountered in my life. After scheduling an appointment online for a tire alignment, I was told in a very rude and unfriendly manner that they do not take appointments for tire alignments. Even after I pointed out that the online system provides an option to schedule an appointment for an alignment, the advisor told me that I would have to wait between 1 and 1.5 hours. I agreed to wait. The advisor then went outside to inspect my tires and told me that they were at 3/32" of tread and needed to be replaced. I explained that the tires were purchased at Belle Tire and were still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I had driven approximately 40,000 miles on tires that came with 80,000 mile warranty (over $1000 for 4 tires). However the advisor completely dismissed my concern and did not even bother to provide an explanation as to why Belle Tire advertises a warranty but, when it comes time to honor it, appears to ignore the costumer's concerns. Bottom line: I would never do business with Belle Tire again, even if it means paying a higher price elsewhere.

A lot of us in the younger generations couldn’t tell you a thing about car maintenance; however, John explains everything to you, and he does not try to overcharge you or upsell you or anything of that nature. He definitely deserves a raise!!! He manages the front of the store so well.
