  Two oil changes ago, my car reeked of oil for 2 months after my oil change. I took it to several shops and they all said there was just very heavy spillage all in the hood but no car issues. Then recently, about a week ago I got an oil change. And it cost me $155….. anywhere else I go I get a full synthetic oil change from anywhere of $45 to $70. I’ve never even seen close to $155. Anywhere. This place is neither cheap nor good.

  I've been a Valvoline customer over the past several years, particularly during the times that I was driving my own pre-owned vehicle- before and after several leases during the early to mid 2000s. At this juncture, I am in another pre-owned vehicle (a 2009 Toyota Prius) that has been wonderful, and much of its continuing appeal is due to the top notch service I've gotten at Valvoline. Most recently (the past 2-3 years), I've worked with the St. Clair Shores location on Harper and 11 Mile Road, and as always, today's service was expert, well-executed and simply the best. My daughter also has her vehicle serviced here and she i immensely pleased. I (we, actually :)) highly recommend this team - without question. 👍

  I went in today because my tire pressure light was on. I had went to Uncle Ed’s a couple days previous just for them to air my tires. I do not typically go there but it was closest and had no one waiting. They supposedly filled them up: the light never went off. So today I was able to get right into the bay at the 11 and Harper location. This is where I’ve been coming for years. I was met by Adrian and her team. Everyone was super nice, informative and friendly. She informed me I was actually due for an oil change because it has been a year. (Oops) so I told her while I’m here I may as well. They changed my oil, I replaced my rear windshield wiper. Lo and behold Uncle Ed’s in fact did not air my tires. Because as soon as the workers were done, the light went off. I will only and always come to this location! They are honest and seriously offer the best service!

  I've had my vehicles serviced here for a number of years and I can't say enough good things about it. Adrian and her team consistently do an incredible job. While they always inform me of what services are recommended, I never feel pressured into purchasing them. With the addition of my daughter now driving, we have three vehicles that are routinely serviced at this location and I will continue patronizing this location for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend.
