  I can’t rave enough about how pleasant my experience was at Saint Clair Chrysler. Andrea was so kind and upbeat when I approached her. I got my car detailed inside and out, the oil changed, and my tires rotated. I had a coupon and Andrea found the best way for me to maximize my coupon. My car looks brand new and it hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. They said it would take all day but by one clock I got the call that it was ready. It looks phenomenal.

  All in all, a good experience...but there were a couple of bumps along the road. I brought in my 2018 Pacifica because it was showing an oil pump code. About 2 and a half years ago I had a crate engine put in (another dealership did this work). I knew that the warranty on that engine (and all of it's components...which an oil pump is part of the engine) was 3 years/100k miles. I had scheduled an appointment and it took about 3 business days plus a weekend before they could get to diagnostics. Eventually diagnostics came back that an oil pump was what was needed, but they tried saying that it was a 2 year warranty (which I was just out of 2 years) and the repair would be around $1400. I had to do my research on Mopar warranty info and make my case that it was a 3 year warranty. Eventually we found out that the warranty had changed on crate engines back in 2025 (they are now a 2 year warranty)...but since my engine was purchased in 2024 that should not affect me....but it wasn't that simple....we had to wait another 2 days before getting approval that my repair was covered. Once repair work began I was told that the warranty wouldn't cover the oil change...they would have to put the old oil back in the car. Which is kinda weird....but okay fine I might as well pay the $95 oil change fee because it's dumb to put old oil back in. When the work was done, I found out that the oil change was covered, just not the filter. So all in all I only owed $13.78 for everything. So financially, it worked out in my favor. I will also state that they provided me a (very nice) loaner vehicle (2026 Ram with a nice trim) at no charge once the warranty stuff was approved. Final Verdict: Pros: Very friendly people, work was done to satisfaction, loaner car Cons: Didn't seem to be too knowledgable about the warranty coverage, was told a few wrong prices in regards to things that I would be responsible for...which ended up taking probably 2-3 days extra for the job to be done I would happily bring my vehicle back here for service, but if it was a warranty job I would be prepared to do the research myself. I do feel that, as a dealership they should know that stuff a bit more thoroughly to speed up the process and to provide accurate financial information to their customers.

  Super fast and friendly service! Recently stopped by with no appointment for a routine oil change/tire rotation and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I’m impressed! I’ll be taking my Jeep back for all future service needs to this location. Great experience and walked away feeling like I was listened to and all my questions were answered and addressed. Thank you!

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service from the service department. I contacted Pirelli Tire customer service regarding a large bulge on the sidewall of one of my tires. Pirelli informed me that because this dealership is an authorized Pirelli dealer, they should be able to inspect the tire and determine whether the issue was caused by road damage or a manufacturing defect. The vehicle is not safe to drive all the way back to Clinton Township where the tire was originally purchased, so I reached out to this dealership for assistance. Unfortunately, Service Manager Mark refused to even inspect the tire. I was told that filing a Pirelli warranty claim would cost the dealership too much because they would have to pay an employee to process it. As a customer, I found that response shocking. Rather than helping determine whether a potentially dangerous tire defect existed, I was simply turned away. Customer safety should come first, especially when a manufacturer specifically directs customers to an authorized dealer for assistance. Very disappointing experience. Refusing to inspect a potentially unsafe tire because of the cost of employee time is not the level of customer service I would expect from a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership.
