  Absolutely awful. I took my vehicle there as it was under a recall. Made an appointment two weeks out. These folks had my vehicle for 17 days and didn't even touch it. No apologies for inconvenience, no offer of a rental car, no updates, no communication, no nothing. As a customer, I've never been treated like this. AVOID this place, they obviously have issues!!

  First, they had my Jeep for 6 days before they got the part in. Then, it took another 6 days before they spent the 30 minutes to replace it. That was all frustrating enough, but the main reason I am leaving a negative review is that every time I called to check in, the guy would say "I'll call you back in a few minutes after I talk to the tech", and literal hours would pass, and I would have to call again for a non update. I find that to be extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, rude. My entire life was on hold for nearly 2 weeks because they had my vehicle, and the guy couldn't be bothered to return a promised phone call. I wouldn't even be so angry about the length of time they had it if he would have just kept me informed. I'm aware that dealership service departments are notorious for not getting work done in a timely manner, but this was to the extreme.

  Absolutely awesome service! Allen was very helpful and even tho I kept bugging him about my jeep repairs 😆😂 he was always helpful and appreciated his help. Great service and now my jeep is working better than ever 👍 thank you 😊

  Typical not friendly service department experience. Pulled my car into the service bay. Barely greeted with a hello and a stare. Have to explain why I was there when they already have my name the color make and model of my vehicle at the appointment time I am showing up for. Service worker starts entering the information he needs into his tablet. First thing when he actually talks to me is to try to make me feel stupid by saying I needed to bring in the vehicle in wayyyy before 10,000 miles or I'm going to void the warranty. I explain to him that it is a company lease vehicle and that the company never gave us a requirement of oil change intervals other than when the oil change indicator comes on the vehicle. The oil change indicator came on Friday Sept 4th, recieved an email to make an appointment on Sept 6th made the appointment for the best available appointment for me on the 11th. Immediately tells me I'm wrong again and continues to talk down to me about how I will void the warranty. Why would our vehicles have the technology for an oil change indicator if we aren't supposed to use it??? Service was fast and on time. Just not a welcoming experience the first time having my company lease vehicle serviced. One other thing that bothered me was that the technician rotated my tires but didn't realize that the front tire pressure needs to be 35psi and the rears need to 32psi. So the next day after service my tire pressure light came on for me to fill the front tires to 35psi. Minor inconvenience.

  Absolutely terrible. Which is sad because my wife has taken her truck here for years. Now never again. A month to get into my appointment. Had my truck for 2 weeks and didn’t even touch it. No diagnostic, no estimate, nothing. Multiple phone calls to Alan and all I got was an ear full on “how we’re behind” “can’t help it” “Nothing he can do) 2 weeks to find my warranty (when I offered to drop it off) The diesel tech is only available 2 days a week because he’s still in technical training. (Not bashing him, kids gotta start somewhere) I finally got fed up with the runaround and told them I was coming to pick it up. “But you’ll never get it in anywhere” is what I was told. Really, Tuffy in Richmond has it and it will be done by Monday. They finally want to send me an estimate for parts that weren’t even the problem.Replace Lower ps ball joint, it was actually the upper DS ball joint. Replace active air dam ($1000) when it’s just the module ($300) This place is just out for your money. Oh and I’m told your appointment slot isn’t for your vehicle to actually get worked on, it’s when you’re scheduled to drop It off. That appointment date/time means nothing, so if time is money to you, take it somewhere else.
