  I do not leave bad reviews: but this location has definitely changed. I went in the other day because my tire pressure light came on and I wasn’t able to do it myself. My husband was working and I was driving kids around. I’ve come here before to have the same things done with no issue. They had no one in the bays: so I pulled in and explained that my tires pressure was all over the place on all 4 tires. Asked if they could air them up. The guy proceeds to “air them up” now mind you my passenger rear tire was the one my dash was reading low. It was at 27. The rest were in the 30s. They are suppose to be 36. Tells me they are all aired up and I said the light never went off. He said that the light will go away after I start driving. That he watched him air them up. I handed him a $5 tip to be nice since I didn’t technically get a service. Two days later and the pressure is lower than before! Light never went off. So I go to Valvoline today and guess what! The tires were never aired up! Because as soon as I was done with my service the light went off. I asked if the back read passenger tire was low and the guy told me it was the one that needed the most air! The fact they acted as if they aired them up but didn’t is very unprofessional. They should have just told me they couldn’t do it. Instead they just made me aware to never come here again because they don’t run on honesty and integrity.

  I just got an oil change from this spot. I have never had a problem, they are quick and easy. The quality is unmatched and consistent. Matt, Cody, and Ryan are the best; I don’t go anywhere else because of the consistency, no bs, and efficiency. Thank you guys!

  Logan and Matt, as always, went above and beyond and helped me with everything I needed. They really know how to take care of their customers and make the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Lez be honest—why would you go anywhere else when these guys consistently do such a great job? If you need an oil change, don’t waste your time shopping around. Head over to Uncle Ed’s and ask for Logan and Matt. Great service, great people, and they always get the job done right.

  I have gone to Uncle Ed’s since they opened up in Michigan. At least 25+ years. The guy working there was very condescending and sarcastic. He was not very accommodating when I was pulling into the garage area on top of the underground mechanic. His communication skills were poor towards me then I noticed he was giving his coworker a look and a chuckle for added fun he was mumbling under his breath. ABOUT ME, a customer. I don’t think it’s a good idea to make fun of your customers in front of the customer! Like they’re some side joke. Absolutely ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS I would never give my hard earned money to anyone who insults me. And I promise you that I will never return to ANY location based on my experience. I would suggest they hire a more professional crew.
