I went through today. My next stop was Meijer, and when I was loading I saw the back was still dirty. Drove back to the car wash, employees let me go through again, and back of my car is still dusty. Looks like it didn’t even get wet, there’s enough dirt to draw in after two trips through. Lovely workers but I won’t be back.

Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was our first time at this car wash, and unfortunately, it was also our last. My husband’s truck is BRAND NEW, and when we left, we noticed a giant scratch on the door, along with two smaller micro-scratches on the opposite side. I honestly wasn’t even planning on posting a review until the company decided not to take any accountability for what happened. It’s incredibly disappointing when a business seems more concerned about protecting their profits than standing behind their customers and doing the right thing. I should have probably checked the reviews before coming here, because I later found a review posted about a month ago from another customer describing what sounds like the exact same situation happening to his truck. The scratches were in the same spots as ours, and unfortunately, it sounds like the company didn’t take responsibility in that situation either. Accidents can happen, but how a business handles them says a lot. We brought our brand new truck in for a simple car wash and left with damage that wasn’t there when we arrived. The fact that there was already another customer reporting what appears to be the same issue makes this even more concerning. Very disappointed with our experience and with the way the situation was handled. We will absolutely not be returning

This was my first time at a modern car wash, and it's nothing like the old tunnel washes. The place is nicely lit and well kept. My truck has never looked cleaner, though even with the top tier wash package, the wheel wells still didn't get fully clean, maybe because of the belt system that moves the car. Aside from that, everything at this location was great.
