  Personalized and caring service The car was super clean and turn around was quick and efficient on booking, return and deposit return. I would definitely recommend.

  Two locations, Woodhaven and Southgate, gave me the run around with no return call like promised. Very unprofessional even after I expressed understanding that some things were out of their control. Both made attempts to help yet both left me hanging waiting on an answer. Canceled both reservations and will never return. If the car is on recall or unavailable then make it unavailable to reserve, it's not hard to do because several other locations did it. They block the car type out so you can't even attempt to reserve it. The business is to assist customers in need of transportation and yet that seems to be the last thing they want to do. Wild behavior. Special disdain for Southgate since I called their number and somehow ended up making a reservation with a person I thought was a guy but the manager told me no men work there so she doesn't know who I talked to. I specifically asked if I would have issues since I know the Mustangs were recalled, he said no not at all they have Camaros. Lady at desk said they haven't had those in a very long time. So just lies left right and center. Fake inventory, fake customer service reps and fake promises to call by 6pm, even though I asked twice "so I'll hear from you by 6 tonight?" Yes was the answer, guess she meant no. Update: Michelle, respectfully I'm not going to do the leg work of reporting this to you. They don't do the leg work for the rentals so, energy matched.
