  Latoya was very unprofessional. Wasted my time and did not contact me to tell me my car was unavailable despite me making a reservation. 0/5 stars, do not recommend, not coming back! Terrible service. Did nothing to resolve issue as well.

  If I could give zero starts I would please don’t waste your time here. They said they called us never did we got here car not available terrible management. This is the problem when people have a job they do not care about. Please fire Latoya

  Latoya and Rebecca both were extremely helpful and on point. Enterprise as a corporation has ridiculous policies and insane deposit rules but I do believe these employees are doing their best. My experience was not perfect but these ladies were working their butts off. Running up and down the stairs, cleaning cars, helping customers. Obviously the location is understaffed and overbooked. Somehow I doubt the local employees have any control over that. Enterprise the corporation is literally the worst. Also the vehicle condition has plummeted at both hometown and airport locations. At least you know there’s a couple humans here at this location that are going to help you out.

  Terrible place no customer service couldn't work with me...waited and hour and nothing over a keys locked in the car. Not my fault theirs. But they couldn't upgrade me or give a crap I dont recommend it.

  Great overall experience with Enterprise. The customer service was friendly and professional. There were some bugs in the car, but I appreciated the discount and how they handled it. I’d definitely rent from them again.
