Back in the day, you bought tires which is over a grand usually....so you make it worth it and get a warranty on them. I did that about a month ago there. Spent around $1600. All they said was it was a warranty (50 bucks a tire)...I blame myself because I should have read the fine print or asked questions. BUT I just figured it was the same as what I use to do. A few weeks after I bought the tires, i hit something in the road and it made a biggg hole. I went in...got a new tire on...and they said it would be $80 dollars (more than the warranty on each tire originally). I said, im confused I got a warranty. They said this is the warranty for the new tire we put on. That is not how warranties work...or at least it use to be different. The other part that confused me is when I called this morning to ask about this "warranty" and why I would have to pay again, He laugh and said well you have to pay the tax...we arent going to pay that. well thats different than a "new warranty" so yeah none of it makes sense. If you go the dealership and get all new tires and a warrenty. Whatever that might cost....you get a free new tire. Just so you know....love the free air and the customer service (usually) but this one felt like a scam. at least communicate what you are selling before just charging me more money. I dont like how that made me feel and I dont like the inconsistant answers I got.
