  Because Safelite expects their technicians to handle dozens of jobs a day, my technician was late for the designated 5 hour window. The work seems to have been done properly. But, I just don’t trust the process.

  One word: "Fantastic" I have a pristine 2015 Stingray that needed a new w/s replacement. It's a difficult operation to do. (many parts needed for disassembly). Safelite's tech, Ryan, went over all.my concerns. He treated my car like his own! The install was perfect!! After completion, he went over his workmanship with me. Totally blown away by the service rendered!

  Carlos & Ryan gave 5-star service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe for me. They both asked me multiple times if I had any questions and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Very grateful for this experience that would have otherwise been exceptionally stressful. Would recommend to anyone!

  We had to come back because there was a scratch on the glass that should have been discovered before our appointment. My wife took pto time off to get this done and it wasted that time. When asked if they could just pick the vehicle up and bring it to the shop for the reschedule, they couldn’t which sounds odd to me as they have vans that will come to you to do the work. We understood you couldn’t fix her vehicle in the field because of the type of calibration it needed, but after you wasted her time and the issue was presented to the manager, he should have as the leader, tried to make this right and was unwilling too. I manage one of the highest volume Toyota service departments in the country and when we make a mistake like this, we do our best to accommodate the customer by picking up the vehicle for them while they are either at home or at work so they aren’t inconvenienced.
