  I am beyond upset with this company! I made my reservation through my insurance company and was given a price for a Genesis of $45 a day. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the rental agent by the name of Myren Harris, also told me that I was receiving the same price for the vehicle that the telephone representative quoted me for. I kept the rental for a total of 29 days and I bought it back once to extend the service. Upon ending my rental agreement the daily price was changed to $50, which I feel was totally unfair and reflects bad business practices. This leads me to having no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company.

  I recently had to obtain a rental while my car was in the shop for some repairs. Carl, my representative, made the process easy and seamless and when I returned the vehicle Carl made sure I got a lift home!!! So grateful!!!

  I've booked alot of rental vehicles in my life all over the US & this location is by far the best I've ever did business with. The people were super nice & I was in & out under 10 min. Car was super clean & gassed up.

  My experience with the Southfield location was excellent, well trained staff are who willing to make sure their customers are taken care of in a timely manner , very satisfactory customer service ,I would definitely use their rental service again and highly recommend it to others , Lots of smiles and courtesy.
