I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve a billing dispute with Enterprise, including contacting my local branch manager and Enterprise Customer Service. I was repeatedly told the issue would be escalated, but I never received a meaningful response or resolution.
Instead of addressing my concerns, I continued to receive collection notices while my disputed balance remained unresolved. I repeatedly requested an itemized explanation of the charges and supporting documentation, but those requests were ignored.
After exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter directly with Enterprise, I filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in hopes of obtaining a fair resolution.
My experience was frustrating due to the lack of communication, poor follow-up, and failure to investigate a legitimate billing dispute. I expected much better customer service from a company of this size.
I hope Enterprise improves the way it handles billing disputes by responding to customers promptly, providing clear documentation, and working toward fair resolutions instead of leaving customers without answers.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I am so grateful for this Enterprise! A huge shout out to Gordon. Our family was on a road trip through MI when our car broke down. Having no car and hours from home, needless to stay, we were stuck. Being so last minute and on a weekend, it was difficult finding a car. Gordon however saved us by finding us one at a different Enterprise location and drove our family there. We are so grateful for him and Enterprise! When we returned after the weekend, Dylan, who checked us back in, remembered us and our troubles and asked how everything was going. The courtesy of this Enterprise definitely makes them my number one for future car rental!
I must say Tanu Singh was like a breath of fresh air!! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed even though I walked in with a bit of an attitude because it had been so difficult to make a reservation when calling in! The AI stuff and then three different times getting a person who barely spoke English had me very frustrated. Tanu was so kind and so genuine I was no longer remotely upset! In addition, she made my reservation and I was done and gone in under 15 minutes! Amazing customer service Tanu! You will go far in whatever you choose career wise!! Thank You for being You!

My service at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Southfield was great from beginning to end. Dylan was great getting me into a vehicle, and I had no issue through my entire trip.

My first time going to the Enterprise out in Southfield and it definitely won't be my last I love that place the people there are so nice we already be going through something and they make it everything better I'm so happy that I rented from them I'm so happy that I found out about them. Checking out a car checking it back in was so effortlessly and I appreciate them every last employee there was so pleasant they even offered us water they pick me up and was willing to take me back I loved everything about that Enterprise and I will definitely be coming back I went to the one out and Royal oak and I also went to the one out and Ferndale and they were both trash the employees there don't know how to talk to you they barely want to give you the bare minimum they don't pick you up they don't drop you off and they really do have really nasty attitudes my go-to now is telegraph in Southfield they are so professional I loved every minute of it. If you can give all of them a raise over there they definitely deserve it they go far and beyond to exceed your expectations and with me they did just that.
