  Used this location for Mothers Day weekend, let’s start by saying this is the best location I’ve been to! The whole staff was light hearted and kind. On my way out I was helped by Carl, he was very sweet, made sure I had the number to roadside assistance and explained things about the vehicle. On my way back I was helped by Morgan, she was so sweet and kind! The atmosphere was pleasant, wait time was not long at all. All staff made sure I was greeted when I walked in. When it appeared I was waited for long they made sure I was helped. Definitely would use again.

  Fantastic customer service, welcoming and helpful. Clean vehicles + property is spacious and spotless. Highly recommend over a few other locations nearby.

  I had a great experience with the Southfield Enterprise location. After running into some issues at another location, their team was able to quickly take care of my rental and made the process smooth and stress-free. The customer service was fantastic — friendly, professional, and very helpful. The vehicle I received ended up being different than originally expected, but it was clean, well-maintained, and excellent on gas. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience at this location.

  Enterprise on Telegraph Rd in Southfield, Detroit is SORRY! Just like their customer service said, "Sorry"for our mistake even though they called me everyday to confirm my reservation. On the day of my reservation, Enterprise rep had the audacity to offer me a mini van instead of the premium vehicle I reserved. After waiting 15 minutes to even be seen and having to listen to another person in front of me complain about the oil light in his rental is on but the rep is blowing it off like it is not important. I rented a vehicle with a better location. I would like to warn all corporations and vehicles rental beware of this Enterprise location in Southfield on Telegraph. They are not good
