- DDDanAug 15, 20261.0This is the worst branch of Belle Tire. The first assistant manager is arrogant and does not care about his customers. He was very pushy and when we did not want to pay for a second tire (that we did not need), he completely ignored us and had The mechanic give us our keys. His customer service was deplorable.

I came in for a new tire and an oil change, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. A special shout-out to Joshua Brooks, who was a tremendous help throughout the process. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain all of my options without any pressure. Having those clear choices made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you need tire or maintenance work done, I highly recommend visiting this location and working with Joshua. I will definitely be back!

I had a nail in my tire and wasn't sure if it could be patched or if I had to purchase a new tire, which I did not want to do. Joshua greeted me with a smile and was so nice, professional and helpful. I was taken care of, almost, immediately. Tone was able to repair the tire at no cost to me!! Yes, you read that correctly!! They repaired the hole from the nail and I was on my way. This is, definitely, the only place I will visit going forward for any issues with my tires or anything else related to my car that they can fix. Great service and great staff!!
