I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews because I work in a people-facing job myself, and I understand everyone has bad days. However, I truly wish I had read the reviews before coming to this location. I called ahead about a leaky tire and a possible alignment issue. The person on the phone was polite and explained they could help with the tire that day, but the alignment servicing would have to wait until tomorrow. That was perfectly fine with me. When I arrived, there was no line, yet I stood there for several minutes while two employees--one black gentlemen and one white man--talked and laughed without acknowledging me. What made the experience worse was watching another white male customer walk in shortly afterward and immediately receive the courtesy and attention I had not been given. As a woman dealing with car-related issues alone, experiences like this are exactly why many women feel uncomfortable in automotive spaces. When I finally spoke with an employee (the receipt says “Phillip,” though I’m unsure which employee that was since the white gentleman assisted me while the Black gentleman checked me out), the white gentleman’s attitude throughout the interaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I explained what I had been told over the phone. While the information itself was consistent, every additional question I asked was met with eye rolls, long pauses, and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. I understand it was close to closing time, and I was not expecting exceptional customer service. But there is a difference between being tired and making a customer feel like a burden for asking reasonable questions. At one point, I actually stepped aside to call someone because I was so uncomfortable with how I was being spoken to, and interestingly enough, the interaction became noticeably more professional afterward. I was then told my two front tires were unsafe and close to blowing out, so despite already feeling uncomfortable, I reluctantly agreed to purchase the cheapest two tires because I did not feel safe driving away otherwise. The most frustrating part came afterward when I reviewed my receipt and saw it stated that I had “declined” a tire alignment check. That is not accurate. I only declined having the alignment service completed because I was told I would need to leave the car overnight. I did not decline the check — I was told there was not enough time to perform one. Since a possible alignment issue was one of the main reasons I came in, that distinction matters. Like I said, I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was genuinely upsetting and disheartening. The person who normally helps me navigate car-related issues is no longer able to, and I came in simply hoping for guidance, honesty, and basic human respect. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and humiliated.I understand everyone has difficult days, but please remember that the people standing on the other side of the counter may be having difficult days too. And please stop treating women like nuisances in automotive spaces. In 10 minutes of researching online afterward, I learned things that could have been explained to me in one respectful minute of conversation. Basic respect costs nothing, and unfortunately that was the one thing missing from this experience.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I'm not kidding when I say these gentlemen went the extra mile and even comped me gas money for having to make the over an hour drive for tires they mistakenly said they had in stock. They fixed the issue and gave me a huge discount even though I didn't ask for one. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. And they did a great job with the work!

Not sure what has happened over the past couple of months but the customer service is noticeably reduced. Simple things like return calls and acknowledging customers waiting in line in the lobby are neglected. Today I returned for a oil change sticker and I seemed to be annoying them. Smh

This is the worst Belle Tire location I have ever visited. The person at the front desk responded as if he didn’t want to help at all. I went in for a wheel alignment check, and without providing any estimate or explaining the process, he asked for my car keys and told me to wait for my turn. It seemed like they were going to perform the service without clearly confirming it with me. He also never told me how long the wait would be. After waiting for an hour, I asked how much longer it would take, and he simply said he didn’t know, which felt very rude and unprofessional. In total, I waited nearly two hours before my car was finally brought back. If I had known the wait time in advance, I could have planned accordingly. Very disappointing customer service experience. I would not recommend this location.

Hello, I would like to preface this review by stating that I am a state certified mechanic who operates at a local dealership and is appalled by the experience a friend of mine just had at this Belle Tire My friend just recently brought their vehicle in for an oil change and also a full inspection due to hearing a rattle/thunk noise from the rear of their vehicle. The technician correctly identified the issue to be a broken rear coil spring and recommended to replace both rear coil springs (standard practice to recommend suspension components in pairs). This is where the quote should have ended, but somehow I was shown a quote for nearly $3000 in repairs. The technician also recommended front loaded struts assemblies due to them being “worn”. These components were just replaced 6 months ago at a different facility and currently show signs of wear at all. The technician also recommended rear shock absorbers and front sway bar end links with zero explanation as to why in addition to a 4 wheel alignment and an ‘alignment protection plan’ $1700 in unnecessary recommendations I am beyond disgusted with the predatory and unprofessional practice this Belle Tire location has exhibited. Clearly all parties involved in this specific repair estimate either are not qualified to be making such recommendations, or believe they can pull one over on unsuspecting potential customers in need of repairs. I strongly urge anyone who is in need of repairs to find a reputable, local shop to do business with.
