  Have had my kids cars services at Tuffy South Lyon for years now. Mine too! Overall the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I couldn't be happier with the team and how my cars run today.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Tuffy Tire and Auto Service Center in South Lyon. From start to finish, everything was handled with genuine care. The mechanics are incredibly kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond by providing a ride home when I dropped my car off and picking me up when it was ready. The work they performed was excellent, the prices were very fair, and they only had my car for just one and a half days. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and speed of the service. If you need reliable auto repairs, look no further — this shop is outstanding!

  If I could leave a negative review, I would. I made an appointment on the website for an oil change at 5:30pm and when I arrived for the appointment a very rude staff person responded to me telling him I had an appointment with “No you don’t! I ain’t doing no oil change at 5:30.” He proceeded to tell me the online system doesn’t scheduled accurately, and that I could drop my vehicle off for an oil change tomorrow. Don’t bother! They don’t deserve your business if their online scheduling system is ignorant and they are rude.
