  Terrible. First off, they couldn't do a simple alignment because 1 of my ball joints had very little play in it and they wanted to charge me over $2000 for all four. Second, I had them simply rotate my tires and when I got it back the damn front end rattles like pennies In a tin can. I knew better than to go there but said what the hell and this is what I get. I wouldn't even take my kids matchbox cars to this shop, awful. Go elsewhere

  The people at Tuffy went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing the issue. So glad to have a dependable van back again thanks to Tuffy!
