  Best Auto repair shop in South Lyon Area . Honest reasonable pricing. Extremely Knowledgeable with any Vehicle I have brought there in the past 37 years. Norm is personable and tells you what needs to be done. Willing to delay non essential repairs if your budget doesn't allow everything to be done at once. You may have to wait for repairs to be completed at times, but I usually drop off for repairs estimate and then bring the vehicle in when his schedule is not overwhelming and the repairs are usually completed in one day!

  My daughter‘s car needed a wheel bearing. Norms gave me an estimate over the phone. It was ready within four hours and the actual cost was less than they estimated. Called other places and they wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone. Who wants to invest a bunch of time getting a vehicle to a place to get an estimate that’s too high…. Or maybe that’s their strategy. In any case, Norms service was great.
