  Needed pads and rotors and my mechanic had my car on the rack and inadvertently had the wrong sizes delivered. He called them and they said, "we have this size in stock" however, when we got there, they did, in fact, NOT have them in stock and the person who yold my mechanic, whom they deal with regularly, was suddenly not there.. They had the wrong size, but kept saying, mind you, "we can get the pads by 5pm today (it was then noon) and the rotors tomorrow." Ok...This does me absolutely zero good considering my car was literally up on the rack at the moment and couldn't exactly leave it there for a day. Absolutely worthless help. They were completely oblivious as to why I needed them then snd could wait AN ENTIRE DAY. Had I simply stopped in on a whim to grab these parts I wouldn't be upset, but they had told my mechanic they had them there and I made the drive there to grab them. Had to drive to Ridge & Kramer in Paw Paw to get what I actually needed. I don't know why I even bother with Autozone, especially after the other one I reviewed didn't know what a crush washer was. Go to O'Reilly in Plainwell, btw. They knew what a crush washer was and had multiple in stock. Autozone is great, I guess, if you want some truck nuts or other stick on crap to bedazzle your car.

  Bought DEF from this location, was a returned product refilled w water. Sensor wouldn't register it and had to drain it. Tons of expense and extra work because of a shady store putting opened products back on shelf Didn't notice anything except the seal was slightly loose. Possibly stuck back on. When I tried to return it they didn't have any that had an intact safety seal, I checked half a dozen and they all had seals only partially attached or completely unstuck. Not safe or ethical to put them on sale and try and sell contaminated, opened, returned products

  Rich N. at AutoZone was really helpful both times I came in. The first time, he helped me find the right oil for my car for an oil change, which made things a lot easier. The second time, he helped me return an old battery. He was friendly, made conversation, and stayed polite the whole time. Overall, just a great experience!
