  Always great service at Kerners! We were out of town while the work was being done, and Tyler delivered the car back home to us so it was there when we arrived home. Will definitely use them again for future needs!

  So I scheduled an 8 o’clock appointment online for an alignment. When I arrived they had no appointment from me , in which case the two gentle men at the desk had a quick conversation to see if they could squeeze me in with the 11 other scheduled appointments. They squared me away did a fantastic job with an excellent /detailed safety inspection. The work and process was flawless other than the internet bs that is beyond their control. Amazing people, amazing work my neighbor referred me to this place and I would do the same.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our daughter attends OU, which is about four hours away from us, so when her car broke down, we were understandably stressed. We initially thought the starter had gone bad, and I even attempted to replace it myself. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem. After calling several local car care centers, I spoke with Elisa and Joe at Kerner’s. From the moment I explained our situation, they immediately put us at ease. You could tell they genuinely cared about helping us and understood how stressful it was having our daughter so far away from home. They were able to get her car in quickly, diagnose the actual problem, and thankfully, we were completely wrong about the starter. The repair ended up costing significantly less than we expected, and they had her car ready the very next day. It’s hard to find businesses that combine great service, honesty, compassion, and efficiency like Kerner’s. We are incredibly grateful for how they treated us and took care of our daughter. From now on, Kerner’s will be the only place we take her car. Highly recommend them!

  The team at Kerner's is the absolute best. You can tell how good they are by how packed the parking lot is. First, they are honest. They will tell you what needs to be done, but are clear about what is dire urgent and what can wait. Second, they are busy all the time, but they work fast and don't keep your vehicle any longer than necessary. I take all my vehicles here - both personal and company fleet.
