  **Stars: ★★★★★** **Exceptional Service and Clear Communication!** I recently visited **Belle Tire** and had a fantastic experience, thanks to **Kevin** and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable with the work being done on my vehicle. Kevin took the time to clearly explain exactly what was wrong, and he walked me through the entire process of what it was going to take to fix it. It is so refreshing to find a shop that prioritizes honesty and patient communication instead of just rushing you through the line. If you want top-notch service from a team you can trust, definitely ask for Kevin.

  John Lewis was a huge help! Ok so, I went in for an oil change, 07/02, came right after work about 5-5:30ish, and someone thought they could squeeze me in for an oil change, left my car there, came back at 7:50pm to find out they didn't touch my car… Angry? No. Annoyed? Slightly. John wasn’t the original guy that i talked too but he was so apologetic and he got me an appointment the next day as soon as they open. 07/03, They were about to pull my car in and John noticed bumps on 2 of my tires, then told me “I HAD to get new tires”… not proud to say i did have 2 different emotional stages and was slightly a difficult customer. Even with that, John was so patient, helpful, and understanding where i was coming from. They got my oil change done and tires done!

  I recently brought my GMC Sierra AT4 into Belle Tire at 50720 Van Dyke Avenue, Shelby Township, MI 48317 after purchasing new tires. The tire installation and overall customer service experience itself were good, and I had no issues with that portion of the visit. When I called to check if my truck was ready after the tire installation, I was informed that a courtesy safety inspection had also been performed. During that conversation, I was presented with an estimate for approximately $2,643 worth of additional repairs, including front brakes/rotors/pads, front struts, rear shocks, and an alignment. Because the estimate seemed extensive, I took the truck to a GM-certified dealership for a second opinion. The dealership confirmed the rear shocks were leaking and performed an alignment, but stated there was nothing wrong with the front brakes and did not recommend replacing the front struts. The final repair bill was about $750 instead of the $2,643 estimate from Belle Tire. I understand different shops may have different opinions, but I was disappointed by how aggressive the original recommendations were, especially regarding the brakes and suspension. I would strongly encourage customers to get a second opinion before approving major repair work.
