  Bought best tires they sell for my car. Told the tires were puncture proof. He even drilled thru the tread. Six months later the tire began to wobble. Brought in and was told they would split the cost of a new one. I told them the tire you sold me was defective and per you, it has to be replaced. No way it could last for the promised 50k miles. I did pay half and never went back. Four car family and we have been buying our tires elsewhere. No loyalty for us, no loyalty them. See ya!

  I get my family cars's tires at this particular store. They do not try to pad your work for extra repairs, they can schedule your visits, are courteous and helpful and can do lots of other service if you need it. They repair punctured tires for anyone showing up in an emergency and they have a great waiting area if you need to wait.

  Ball joints and alignment. The work and timing were great but the final pricing was disappointing based on how the quote was presented. I was told the final price for ball joints would probably be $150 less than quoted because it probably wouldn't take the 4.2 hours quoted. I brought this up twice when I dropped the truck off and was reassured that was still the case. However, they were going to charge the full price when I picked up the truck even though it only took less than 3 hours and I was told it was not possible to adjust the labor hours in the computer. They had already knocked $100 off the alignment and added another $40 off to almost make up the difference but their lack of recall of what was promised, the fact that I had to remind them and charging 4.2 hours for 2.5 hours (ish) of labor was disappointing and seemed like bait and switch. They had my truck for 3 hours (joints and alignment) and I was charged over 4.2 hours labor. This was all on top of having just spent $820 on tires with them.
