  Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever received at an auto parts store! Kalen at AutoZone completely blew me away. I came in needing a headlight, taillight, and a new battery because I was getting ready to leave on a trip to New York. Without those repairs, I honestly don’t know if I would have made the trip. Kalen didn’t just point me in the right direction—he made sure I got every single part I needed and even helped install everything himself. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe and ready to go. Before coming here, I stopped at the AutoZone on 26 Mile, and they were no help at all. They couldn’t get me the parts I needed or help with the installation. I even tried O’Reilly Auto Parts, but they were out of stock and could only order the lights. I was frustrated and running out of time, and I honestly didn’t expect much when I walked into this AutoZone. Then I met Kalen, and he completely turned everything around. He treated me like my problem actually mattered, went above and beyond to get everything taken care of, and because of him I was able to get back on the road and make my trip to New York. He literally saved my trip. Customer service like this is almost impossible to find these days. Kalen is the kind of employee every business hopes to have. Because of him, I will never go to another AutoZone again. This is the only AutoZone I’ll be using from now on, and I’ll be asking for Kalen every single time. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have someone like him on the team. If management sees this, please recognize Kalen for the outstanding job he does. Employees like him create lifelong customers. Thank you again, Kalen—you didn’t just fix my car, you saved my trip and earned a customer for life!

  I came in with a check engine light on assuming I needed a new battery and Sebastian knew exactly how to help. Not only did he take my old battery out he put the new battery in and had an answer for every question I had (there were a lot) He was very patient, polite, and went above and beyond for me. If I could give a 6th star, I would!
