It's an embarrassment when I come into your establishment and I'm told Ford doesn't make or sell a specific windshield washer hose when it's clearly visible on his screen and I have the part number documented. This isn't the first time I've had this happen and I will not let it happen again. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I feel this is necessary for management to see as I no longer want to do business here.

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
