I was very impressed how quickly they replaced my window. I thought it was gonna be two hours. I brought a good book to read Apple to eat. They repaired it in 30 minutes. I was amazed.

In the past fourteen years I have had four windshields installed in my @004 Chevy Express Roadtrek. Safelite in Dallas did number two and nearly wrecked the fibergalss around the windshield. Windshield number three was done by a truck body shop in Grafton, North Dakota and I had perfection! Three years later, Michigan storms struck on the day before we left on an extended trip and in our hurry to leave missed the badly cracked windshield. Long story short (too late) Sault Ste Marie Safelite were there when we needed them. The online registration was pretty painelss and the next morning I had an apoint ment for the following day. The guys squeezed me in early, did an OUTSTANDING in the quickest time possible and I'm back to recommending Safelite (Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan)!

Travis at Safelite located in Soo, Michigan is the best. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the replacement windshield he installed. I was also very pleased with him offering to attempt to fill the two chips before even starting on the windshield replacement as an option that could save us money should he be successful with that first. There is not any whistling, the automatic wipers and lights work great. It is well worth the hour drive to take my car to Safelite Sault Ste. Marie.

Appointment was made the day before, stating technician would arrive between 1:00 p.m. And 6:00 p.m., technician called to cancel. The next day the technician arrived and within an hour the windshield was complete.

About a month after getting my front window replaced on my Kia 2020 Sportage I noticed several small scratches on my hood and one longer one on the passanger side front fender about belt buckle high..I knew these were not there before and in the area where they were working on my window replacement. Then I just notice as I was Armour All my interior there was a cut (like a box cutter) in the dashboard above the glove box..just enough to break the surface several inches long,,Now I know that was never there..So I'm out almost 2 months from replacement and out of luck...I partially blame myself for not checking everything before I left, but it was just shoddy work..I won't recommend, nor will I ever use Safelite again
