I let them know that one of my tires had a slow leak, so that they could add air as needed. When I pick it up they had done the alignment and also repaired my tire for free! There had been a nail in it.

- EBEmma BargenquastJun 9, 20265.0This review is long overdue. After many poor experiences in Ionia we decided to drive to Saranac for Real Pro. I cannot say enough good things!! They are realistic about when they can get your car in & clear communicators. Most of the time, I get my car back in one day - sometimes it's a two day job. They're literally the nicest people who really care about making sure you're in a safe vehicle, without overcharging you for things that don't need immediate attention. We have many mechanics within 5 mins of us but choose to drive the 15-20 mins to Saranac every time now. Even recently, a tire valve stem replacement failed. I let them know the tire was leaking again and they had me drive it right over to replace it for free. Seriously, they are great great people!
