  Will never work with them again. Leased a car and they singlehandedly destroid my perfect credit by making me redo the paperwork which included credit checks. Kept telling me they messed up and had to redo the paperwork. Worst dealership I've encountered and not helpful in the slightest. Seemed like no one there knew what they were doing.

  I would not trade in or sell my car to this dealership.They are very shady. We agreed on a price for my truck.Drove it thirty five minutes to the dealership. I got there , and He said he needed to hook something up to my computer, and take it for a drive, then he came back and all of a sudden, I had a check engine late on. It was not on when I left. He agreed that it wasn't on when I dropped it off.It came on when he was driving it. He told me not to worry about it. He was just going to take some money off What he already agreed to pay me. When I got my truck home, I cleared the code and it has not come back on. Scamming dealership shame on you.

  After $8400 in repairs, and a supposed rebuilt engine swap, I drove less than 600 miles and my Jeep had to be towed back to this dealer, for the same issue I had 5 months ago. 3 weeks in to my second stint with this dealer and it's the same thing, poor communication, ridiculously long wait periods, and mysteriously similar issues for something they supposedly fixed! They still have my vehicle. Let's see where this goes now! The saga continues!

  What unbelievable and fantastic service I got from Matt at this dealership. I need a payoff letter for a car purchased over 15 years ago. Matt not only found the finance company but also provided the customer care number and my deceased wives car VIN number. What services on a non-sale, very old issue that they help me to resolve Grateful Jay Melton
