I was worried it was going to turn into a long and expensive process, but the team at Jefferson Beach Marina took great care of me. DJ and Shawn were fantastic to work with. They quickly diagnosed the issue, performed the tune-up, and had my boat running again within a week. Throughout the process they kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure everything was done right. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers getting back on the water as soon as possible. A big thank you to DJ, Shawn, and the entire service team at Jefferson Beach Marina. Excellent service, great communication, and a quick turnaround. I highly recommend them to any boat owner looking for dependable marine service.
- RCRobert ComptonNov 9, 20193.0Now that private equity owns the place you can see it slowly heading south. The original crew is trying their hardest but you can see the greed of Equity. The constant raises of price since they think they have a captive investment. The reduction in staff. The bathroom not cleaned as often you hardly ever see security anymore. Trash cans on the docks are gone. No one to pick it up anymore. No one policing the docks anymore and bad dock members getting out of hand. Workers are trying as hard as they can but you can see the limits that they fight against everyday
