  Got an alignment. They did the worst job. Went to Belle Tire in Roseville, they said the last people to do an alignment didn't to jack squat. Never again will I spend my very hard earned cash.

  We love our Belle Boys belle tire crew. !!! The guys are such hard workers. Great communication; Rich -both Rich's- But Rich (2) today, and everyone (Adam. More. Sorry... forgetting names!!) kept us well informed; explained things; tires look great. Coffee and good conversation!! For a few buck$ more plus the guarantee, warranty & everything they do for you, US 》 it's just a no brainer!!

  Pulled in and had no problem finding an open spot to park, walked past 2 open bays thinking I’ll be in and out in no time. Walked in to 4 mechanics mingling in the lobby, thought to myself they must be board with nothing to do. I needed a tire air pressure sensor replaced and figured it wouldn’t take long at all since it’s a tire shop after all. The guy says since they’re so busy with appointments he could have it done by the end of the day if I dropped it off, (at the time was 7 hours till close). So I left and went to the Goodyear Harper Service Center up the road and they were able to get me in and out in 25 minutes. Thanks Belletire for continuing to pay lazy and slow employees to damage your reputation. After I left I realized the guy was correct when he said it would have taken all day when the workers are too busy flapping their lips on overtime.

  This has to be the WORST bell tire out there. They gave my mom a 7k quote and told her she needed a new rear subframe because it had holes in it. He’s telling me this on the phone after we left and the car was at another shop and I was standing under it looking at it. No holes at all! Then they want to charge her 2k for a subframe that cost $477 FROM THE DEALERSHIP. It gets worse, rich who I found out is the manager hangs up on me not just one time but 4x. All I’m trying to do is see how I can make this repair affordable and I get met with attitude and disrespect. Why? Because I asked if I could get the frame from the dealership myself ? I mean it’s the same part they want to order just without the $1500 markup. I will be talking to them face to face seeing you can’t hang up on me that way. Stay away from bell tire, especially this location and rich. Do better!!

  My husband took his Buick Enclave there on 7/22 because his tire was quickly losing air. It sat there all day until they told him to pick it up at the end after 5, claiming that it was fixed. They claimed to have fixed a rim leak, but when we picked it up, it had only 19 lb of pressure. I called and he told me I needed a new tire because of dry rot and it was "weathered" and to bring it back for a secondary issue. I took it to the Belle Tire on Gratiot in Roseville the very next day and they found a nail in it, repair it for free and it was ready within 90 minutes, which tells me St Clair Shores didn't even take the tire off the car! This location is quick to sell you new tires but not repair them!! I will never go back to this location.
