- AAAJ1 day ago5.0This is my first review, I just had to come here and give a shout out to Dave. During the recent heatwave my air conditioning started blowing out hot air. I went to a repair shop first and they wanted $450.00 with a several day wait. I am single with my daughter, I can't afford that, we were both sweating so bad that day our clothes were drenched. I went to Autozone and they said they couldn't help and referred me to a mechanic. So I decided to try your Advance Auto Parts store a few blocks away and Dave saved us!!! He at least came out and looked at my problem! He checked under my hood with his gadget then asked me to "buy and try" a can of "stuff" with "no guarantee" and he showed me where and how to hook it up, just pull the lever up and push down until it locks then shake the can! It was so easy, IT WORKED!!! I did it myself, my air is blowing nice and cold!!!! Y'all need to give this guy a raise, it's hard to find customer service like this these days, my daughter and I thank you very much! I need to marry a guy like this! I will be back, this is my goto store from now on!

He got me in and out in no time. Great professionalism and excellent customer service go a long way, and because of Dave, I will definitely be back. Also, a quick update for Dave: I ended up replacing the bulb myself and it took less than 10 minutes—super easy! Thank you so much for your guidance and help. Highly recommend!
