  I’ll just sum it up-cars getting scratched but owners being told the cars were damaged prior to the wash. Now the location is closed down for maintenance without notice, and I wasn’t warned prior. Still being charged the membership fee though. Save your money.

  It has been a while since a car wash but talk about in and out was crazy . 4 cars ahead of me and never stopped moving straight thru . After paying to 40 or more vacuums . Was amazing !

  Three stars feels generous. It was a QUICK wash and the back of my car was still dirty after. The first vacuum had extremely weak suction and after moving to a different station, the second only seemed to work well on one side, so I was dragging that side’s hose through the car to clean. Way too expensive to leave with a still dirty car.

  I can’t believe all these good reviews. I was suspect that they were scratching my truck but now I am 100 percent sure. Today was the WORST! I noted the scratches before I went through and unfortunately I drove straight home as I had some little people with me and found these. I wish I checked before I left. DO NOT GO THERE! I am so mad! From reading some reviews I am certain I am not the first to complain. Edit: After contacting Tommys Car wash I went and spoke to a manager and told her that some of the scratches were from previous runs and match the same squigly lines from another ONE STAR customer... This was the email I received. We are reaching out to you today regarding the claim you recently put in with us. After reviewing footage of your vehicle entering the wash, we were able to see pre-existing scratches/marks on the vehicle. There are three deep scratches, one on the tailgate and one on the driver side above the rear tire and one on the driver side bottom door that our wash is not capable of producing. A few of factors tell us that these scratches did not come from our wash. Some of these scratches are vertical and we have no equipment that moves vertically, the brushes that touch the front, side and rear of the vehicle move horizontally, so the orientation would not be possible. If something were to be stuck in a wrap, it would be a consistent ticking pattern alongside the entire length of the vehicle rather than in sporadic places. We will attach footage/pictures of the pre-existing scratches/marks we were able to see on the vehicle upon entering the wash on 7/20. On the bottom of the photos is a timestamp for 4:23pm on July 20th. We will be denying this claim due to pre-existing damage and inconsistencies with wash equipment. Some of the pre existing scratches were absolutely from other times I had went there as I said in my review. But since she saw some already there from the footage of the last time I went through I was denied my claim... Even though some of them were not there... Also read the other one star review with the same damage as mine. Sorry I wasted my time with them Do not go there...
