  It was an easy process! They came to my house, and repaired it here. Made it super easy and convenient. They were super nice and got it done pretty quickly! I will use them again in the future!

  Took a stone to the windshield which spread a little more than I was comfortable with. Because we are camping, special arrangements were made regarding location for the repair. Things went off without a hitch and we are very pleased with the process and the results. Keep up the good work! Insurance paid for the entire invoice.

  I just picked up my vehicle after having the windshield replaced and it wasn't sealed properly. The wind noise is incredibly loud, like driving with a door not closed all the way. When they called me to tell me it was done I was told I was the last appointment of the day and they were trying to leave early, so they were just going to put my key in the center console so I could come pick it up. Even though I picked up around 3:30pm, no one was there so I couldn't even go back to return it once I started driving and realized the service wasn't done correctly. Then I had an extremely difficult time trying to contact Safelite's customer care department to schedule a warranty service, I had to call back 3 times because their phone service kept disconnecting. The soonest they can get me in is a week from now and I have to go to the location in Midland, so I will have to take time out of my work day to drive all the way there because they couldn't do the replacement correctly the first time. They also left a bunch of debris on the dashboard, presumably from when they took off the old windshield. Wish I would have this service done somewhere else.
