I really liked the friendly, prompt service by a competent tech. I was important to me to see the care they took and they even made sure the window was clean.

My daughter had a windshield chip that progressively got worse, cracking. I went to the Safelite website and it walked me through the entire process of getting the windshield replaced quickly. They handled the claim with my insurance as well! The website was easy to use and once my appointment was scheduled, the communication was excellent! Our technician, Carter, arrived when he said he would, was very friendly and professional, completed the work quickly and explained my next steps in caring for the windshield, explaining the Safelite warranty. It was a very simple and stress free process and I highly recommend Safelite for any of your vehicle glass needs!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The technician did a good job of explaining the process. This is a good location for Safelite in the mid-Michigan area.
