  I wouldn't trust them to oil a bicycle chain. Last November I took my father's truck in for brake line repairs. It took them 3 days to change out the leak. Rather than change out the whole kit, they went line by line, trial and error style. I told them to check all the braking system, because I was going to drag a rather large trailer 120 miles away. The manager assured me that it would he totally safe. This truck is only used for large loads and barely driven. It had less than 1,000 miles until I noticed that the brake light came on a few weeks ago. I took it back to Monro. I took it in on a Saturday. I was told that they didn't a tech for that date. So I waited until Monday and was told that the rest of the brake lines needed to be replaced. He also told me that one of the brake calipers locked up and a rotor was worn to the fins. I was given an estimate. I reluctanly agreed to the price. Two whole days later, the manager called and said that they didn't have a brake tech. This service center put me, my son and every vehicle that was near us in jeopardy. If those brakes would have gone out, while rolling down a hill, a 3/4 ton truck and 20 foot trailer would do some damage. The further damage to that brake system didn't happen over this short of a time, or milage.

  Went in for an oil change. They were friendly, fast, and very detailed as always. I like that when I go here I often times see many of the same employees. Some shops have such a high turnover.

  I was pleasantly surprised to Be able to get appointment right away for four new tires. They are very professional and knew everything that I needed to know about a tire. I need a new lug nuts and they were able to provide them at the time of service. Their professionalism and friendliness is very very top-notch. Would recommend this business to anybody that needed service For their automobile.

  I came in for a valve stem repair and oil change, Ian and David were professional, personable, knowledgeable and respectful of my time and got me in and out as quickly as they could while keeping me up to date on the repairs taking place.

  Wheel alignment appointment I had originally had a later appointment but I tried to get an earlier one scheduled so I called and they said there were openings. I confirmed. I took off early from work to get the work done. When I arrived they asked what I needed. I told them I had booked for wheel alignment at 11. They proceeded to tell me they couldn't do it that the mechanic was out and their machine was down. Found out that they use a call center in which apparently neither communicate details between each other. I also told them the fact I left work early to get this done. All I get was a sorry and not really much more after that. Luckily after numerous phone calls to try to get an appointment, I found a place that would take me in. Little bit of a drive but I needed this done. The shop I went to had very friendly and helpful people. Bonus, it was $30 cheaper to get the job done. I'll never do business with Monro especially if you have to source out your scheduling. I'd rather talk to people who actually work at the business location
