  Monroe is a great place for all things related to tires! Had one of our Fleet vehicles in there for a flat which was promptly fixed, and the price was more than fair. Five star service and highly recommended!

  Tired completely blown while traveling throw Saginaw. We have 4WD so it needed all new tires. Steve the manager was able to get us in 30 mins before closing and stayed late to get all 4 tires back on so our family could continue on our way home that night. We were dreading having to stay another night and miss a day of work at home. Definitely recommend to anyone needing tire work!

  Best place in town!!!!!!!! Hit something in the road and blew out the rear tire, barely got my cat to Monro, walked in and was greeted by Steve with a smile, told him what was wrong, he told me I was in the right place to be taken care of, and he wasn't wrong!!!!! Steve and Jason took great care of me and my car, I will be back and I'm telling everyone to go there! I even took a bunch of his business cards. Thanks again guys, yall rock!!!!

  Called to get pricing on tires and the front desk representative kept wanting to make an appointment for me to come in. When I asked for a manager I was put on hold indefinitely until I finally hung g up. Not impressed whatsoever.

  Don’t bother trying to get a wheel alignment here. Made an appointment a week in advance, showed up to the appointment for them to tell me there wasn’t a qualified person there to do the alignment and they don’t know when there will be one. How can you list a service online that you provide and you can’t honor that service, and not even notify the customer. Bad business and management.
