  I reserved a car from the MBS airport. I got an email the day before I was scheduled to pickup. I checked in online and needed to provide a credit card. I typed in my debit/credit card and computer wouldn't accept it. I called National 1-800 number since they "cover" for Enterprise. They were both closed for the day at the airport. The 1-800 number said I couldn't use a debit/credit card on the computer, but reassured me that I would be fine at the counter. They had no suggestions on solutions. I had to recommend they try to use my traveling partner's credit card. They tried, but it has to be in renters name. I offered cash, but they can't take that. I'm just glad my wife stayed to be able to take us to the next Enterprise rental car agency. Had I flown in I would have been in trouble. The Midland Enterprise was able to take debit card and were very easy to work with.

  Making a pick up time was simple. Staff was professional, friendly and accommodating to my needs and wants. Dropping of the vehicle in Escanaba Michigan was simple and easy. Thank you for making my trip to pick up my new car stress, and hassle free.

  I rent from enterprise weekly and from the moment I walk in, I am greeted with a warm smile called by last name and excellent customer service. Joe at Enterprise on bay rd. In Saginaw, Mi truly knows how to make you feel valued and It's clear that he takes pride in providing his customers with reliable and comfortable vehicles! What I loved most about Joe is his commitment to customer satisfaction. He is always readily available to address any questions or concerns I had during my rental period.   First impressions are important,this is my first time doing business at this location and i gitta say customer service is great,the rental process was easy and fast, and the total cost was cheaper than quoted online. 10/10 experience

  Reserved a rental. Showed up as soon as they opened to pick up the vehicle, and was informed they have nothing available despite being first in line. Saw plenty of vehicles in the lot, but somehow they are all reserved for other customers. Confirmation of the reservation means nothing.
