  PSA- Only location I’ve ever been to that didn’t have free air available to their customers. Drove 20 mins out of my way to find a sign attached to the pump stating the reason the pump is not functioning is due to “repeated vandalism.” It's unfortunate that the police aren't doing anything about it or that the facility isnt taking any other measures to prevent it from happening in the first place. I was unable to get air this morning and am hoping this post saves someone else the time if they go there looking for free air as well.

  Came into store with a flat tire. Grant took us in and got us patched up and reinflated. Thank you! Superb service!

  I called requesting a price to have specialty tires discounted, mounted & balanced. I work for a automobile repair shop, & we were trying to help a customer have new tires installed on her Audi. Our machine is an older machine & we did not want to damage her wheels. The young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant & trying to help me. A man came onto the phone, would not give me his name & was very rude. He accused me of trying to pass off liability onto them. Again, I explained the situation, due to an older machine & we are trying to help a customer. He continued to be rude to me. I thanked him for his time & told him I would continue to check other tire shops. I called two other shops, one of them being Discoint Tire. That gentleman was very understanding & helpful. Needless to say our business was taken to another facility. Needless to say, the company i work for, will not be recommending Belle Tire. Your people need to do better. RUDENESS is unacceptable. If I ever treated our customers that rudely, I would not have this job.

  Every time I've visited, they lie to me and keep my vehicle all day. Don't go here unless you need a tire changed, but you're money is better spent up the street at discount.

  Trash was thrown inside my tires. I had a set of custom wheels ordered and brand new tires installed. The setup cost me $5,000. I had nothing but trouble with my steering wheel shaking afterward. My truck was brought in three separate times to properly balance the wheels since they did not get balanced at all during install. After dealing with the back-and-forth for months and being told that they used balancing beads in the wheels. I took my vehicle to the dealership and ask them to remove the balance beads that I specifically asked the store manager to not use in place of regular wheel weights. The dealership immediately called to notify me that there was multiple used velvet stems, along with small bags of garbage including somebody's lunch, inside my tires. I have had other bad experiences with them fixing steering components on past vehicles as well. I absolutely.I will not recommend them to anyone.
