  Had brake work done recently on my Ford Flex, when I had a slight issue a few months after the initial repairs, they stood behind their work, quickly resolved the issue, and sent me on my way at no charge. That's what outstanding service is all about !!

  My family purchased a set of new KO3 tires for their Bronco. One of the tires clearly has a manufacturing defect yet this store refuses to do anything to make the situation correct. All they’ve done is rotate the tires around the car and spin circles with us. Avoid this dealer!

  I had made an appointment on Monday for today, Friday, they didn’t have it scheduled. They took me in anyways. They found more wrong than I expected. That will have to be fixed later. I did get the oil changed and tire rotation

  Took my 2007 toyota Avalon to get 4 new tires and a alinement, a little over $1000. Left satisfied then noticed a small leak in my tire set up a appointment to have addressed where they found valve stim leaking they replaced valve stim and tire sensor in right front tire. Gave car back with tire light on told them my tire light was on . Ryan would not take a look at it for another 2 days. Light was not on when I came in. Went to different shop and they had to relearn the sensor with there reader. Other shop didn't even charge me for service done as a walk in. Very disappointed. Ryan was very RUDE!

  Husband called on a Thursday to order my tires and schedule a Saturday appt. He was given an out the door price and asked me if I wanted the tire warranty. I said no and the Belle man in the phone said he was going to put in the notes I have 11 days to add it on. I agreed to that. Went in, and while waiting for tires to be installed a service guy came to me and said I needed ball joints, control arms and struts, a total of $2,600 . He said, we can’t do an alignment with bad front end parts. I declined the work. First of all, he seen a woman by herself and thought, yea we can’t sucker her into more work. Second, never requested an alignment. So checking out, it really didn’t hit me yet until later at home, my 4 tires for my Tahoe wasn’t the $1300 out the door we were quoted. They were $1507. Why more, cause I noticed right before bed, they added on the tire warranty that I said I didn’t want. Also, they didn’t even ask me if I wanted my tires back or not. I was going to keep one that was better than the others for a full size spare. Now, my vehicle does not need all the parts they said was bad. They did the same thing to me several years ago on my Yukon. My vehicle drives straight, doesn’t rattle from loose parts and my husband wouldn’t let me drive my vehicle with my fur babies if it was that unsafe. Belle tire is out to take what ever than can from anyone that is gullible.
