  I was addressed right away, kept abreast of several checks performed, and met both the service manager and my technician. It was the personal touch that I liked so much.

  Super quick service from super friendly people. Megan, the manager, isn’t out to take you for every last penny. She suggested services, but she didn’t make it sound like “oh, you absolutely NEED this done right now.”. That’s a big green flag. I was even offered a water while I waited! How cute. Will be back! :)

  Got a 399.92% mark up for a cabin filter word to the wise these things cost on average $12 retail and installed was charged $59.99 minus 20 percent....it took him 2 minutes to install. Since I know the company doesn't pay retail price the mark up is even higher. I know that this is a business but their model seems to rip off the person they deem to have little choice. I go here because I was told these people were ethical...I suppose it depends on if you have the right sex and social-economic background.
