  Kye and Josh were the ultimate BEST! They deserve a raise and at the very least a fan or a cool treat. I came here to get my oil changed st the tail end of a hot and steamy 99 degree day! These gentlemen treated me with the utmost respect, delivered fast and accurate service. Kye was so polite and helpful! I will be back, and next time with a box fan.

  Great service! The person who helped me was very friendly and thorough. And I KNOW that heat was miserable. I was bay 1 -98 degrees in there. Yet pleasant and efficient. Best customer service I’ve had in a bit! 👍🏼

  I needed help with a quick car maintenance issue that came up right on a weekend. Tried calling many auto shops nearby and kept hearing either high cost of service or no appts open. When I reached Josh at this location over phone, he was able to find a time that worked out right the same day and also was cheerful about accommodating a last minute quick service. Upon arriving at the shop, Josh quickly got to work with his team and took care of the service in no time, faster than most shops quoted it would take. While it was fast, Josh directed his team to ensure every step of the service was diligently taken care and showed me pre and post work that confirmed a job well done. Josh went on to check the basics like the fluids check, even cleaning the windshield that showed the high benchmark of work that he practiced. While taking care of the service last-minute on a Sunday was great, to see the job well done and at a great unbeatable price was just icing on the cake. Josh is a man of his words and a great tech who is excellent to work with. While this was rush request, I would undoubtedly go to Josh for future auto needs - great pricing and excellent job is hard to get these days! Thank you, Josh & team!

  I have been going to the Royal Oak Uncle Ed's for many years now. Everytime I go, the technicians, clearly well trained and managed by Josh, are always exceptional. I drive quite a bit and get my oil changed more often than the average vehicle. They keep notes about which filters were replaced, windshield wiper blades, etc. I am NOT a car guy by any stretch of the imagination and yet I never feel as though I am being tricked into paying for a service I do not need. Thanks for taking care of my Ranger so I do not have too!
