Upon returning home, I discovered a significant scratch along the trunk. I submitted a complaint, but it was rejected. The service argued that there were pictures showing otherwise. When I requested the “pictures,” they informed me that they do not share any images. This situation leaves me with the impression that their word is the only evidence, which is disappointing besides tgey do not coger anything. Additionally, the damage to my car is significant.
