- MMMi MAug 21, 20261.0I recently had my vehicle serviced here. While the repair itself was completed, I was very disappointed with the communication and customer service throughout the process. A straightforward question about arranging service turned into an unnecessarily confrontational and combative interaction on more than one occasion. I later contacted the owner to address my concerns. His response focused on the timing of the vehicle's arrival and the impact on the technicians, as well as the possibility that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the towing company's guidelines, which was not the case. My concerns about the way I was treated during the interaction were never addressed, nor was my subsequent follow-up acknowledged at all. Since that interaction, I have received two additional messages in less than 24 hours regarding pickup of my vehicle, both requesting a callback. This level of repeated contact was not part of my prior interactions with the shop and was completely unnecessary. One call providing the repair information, estimated cost, and pickup details should have been sufficient. Good automotive service isn't just about completing the repair. Customers should also be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. If you value courtesy, professionalism, respect and restraint, then choose another shop.
