  Our service advisor George did a fantastic job with the logistics of the repair on our vehicle as we needed a rental car as our repairs were extensive. The repairs were done in a timely manner and done right the first time.

  Was told lease pricing/milage over text and that I needed to come in to get more information. Ended up heading up there 30 mins before close just to have different numbers. Don’t let Jeremy waste your time!

  Third time leasing a car from Heather at Royal Oak Ford. After dealing with the worst experience from Bob Maxey Ford I was going to move on to GMC. Heather pulled me back in and convinced me to lease a Ford again.Being professional, caring and personable is all it takes to keep a customer. Thanks, Heather

  I drove 45 minutes to Royal oak ford to buy my car from Bob Brani he's been selling cars forever it seems like and hes good at it and just an amazing guy honest and cares about the customer. I realized in my journey to royal oak ford that there's not many private owned dealerships anymore. Every things is corporate. This dealership is one of the good ones left. With good people who care about you, its not all about money money money . They also care about there employees. Corporate dealers make you work on Saturday not this owner. The finance manager jason was professional and did not pressure me into anything. I will buy all my cars from Bob Brani and Royal oak Ford. Thank you team Royal oak
