  Heather is a great Sales Woman who goes above and Beyond for any customer. Also love that their dealership cares about their Veterans. I had some trouble with my 2025 Mustang and she helped me get in to service and George helped me from there worked around MY work schedule and fixed my car under 24 Hours. Easy and Stress free, definitely will be back for any other service needs and purchases, thanks guys!

  Purchased a Maverick in March 2026, everything seemed to go well - but the salesperson completely lied to us. We went there because the truck was advertised as AWD, it was only front wheel drive. We had many conversations with her on the truck being AWD, how my husband has to drive up north in the winter, and even compared to another truck at a different dealer that was $1000 less, but she said, "Yes, but that one is only front wheel drive, this one in AWD". We were in a moment of high stress and made the horrible mistake of trusting her. Ultimately, we absolutely should've caught it when purchasing and doing the paperwork, but we did not, and I am embarrassed and ashamed because we know better. She mislead us so many times and I will never buy from Royal Oak Ford again - neither will anyone in our "Ford" family.

  I’ve never had a better experience than buying a car at Royal Oak Ford. James Price is knowledgeable and honest. He worked with me to get a car deal that made sense for my situation. I will definitely buy my next car from here. I’m so grateful for the experience I had at this dealership.

  I initially wrote a review stating how wonderful Mr James Price was when I purchased my vehicle back in August of 2025.He was helpful, courteous, and kind because he wanted to sell a car. He also told me that I could refinance or trade my car in April. Well, I contacted him on April 11th, and I received a text from his assistant Mason. I told Mason that I will be in on Monday to try and trade my car in. Mason said okay and then he checked my credit without my permission. When I calied the supervisor Don he was no help at all. When I mentioned that my credit was checked without my permission Don stated that’s not what we usually do here at Royal Oak Ford. I have a notification stating that Royal Oak Ford checked my credit. Well, I sent a text to Mason asking why did they run my credit he didn’t respond and now no one is responding nor returning my call. Royal Oak Ford is not for me.

  We got some recall work here done. We were preparing to leave for a long trip and just got the recall letter. Royal Oak Ford was willing and able to get our truck in for the quick recall fix so that we did not have to cancel our vacation. We really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help customers out. Not all dealerships are like that. We highly recommend this dealership.
