  I rented a luxury vehicle and received a CONFIRMATION, yet when I arrived I was told that class was not available. Total bait and switch. And the company places it’s employees in the breach to try and explain why the vehicle I rented was not available. It’s a terrible process which puts the front line workers in an impossible situation. Shame on you Enterprise!

  Great experience from the Woodward Avenue branch of Enterprise. It's already been a stressful period due to a bad family car accident, then needing to rent a vehicle under a total loss situation. The staff at Enterprise, with particular praise for McKenna, we're super helpful from the get go. They explained the process and costs in a courteous and transparent manner, and helped find a vehicle that would be suitable for my family needs. Both the collection and return process was quick, smooth, and efficient. Great job from all the team here, highly recommended to all. Attentive and professional staff, good quality, well turned out vehicles, simple and transparent processes. Exactly what you need from a rental car company.

  I’m so appreciative of all the help McKenna gave me and getting me a great deal and also helping me out in a pinch with the right vehicle. I had no idea when I was stopping and then I would get such great service and get exactly what I needed. She was managing the whole Office. It seems by herself and doing a great job with crying babies and itchy adults. Trying to get things done. She did it all. I’m very impressed. In my odyssey of life, McKenna was out Odysseus. Pun intended.

  I’ll start by saying the woman at the desk was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, poor management left her understaffed and overwhelmed. Had a car scheduled for pick up at 8am and arrived at 8:40. No cars clean or ready. Because I had to get going quickly I had to fill up my rental with gas myself as well as vacuum it out, throw away the trash and get a car wash. Absolutely unacceptable and again, very poor management.

  Great service. Didn't have the category of car I reserved for but accommodated me as best as they could.
