When I finally got my ca (after waiting over 30 min), there were numbers painted on the window. I asked the agent about removal and she DIDN'T EVEN TRY to help. She said "Yeah, the paint wouldn't come off." Repair staff side eyed her and volunteered. Got the paint off in seconds. GET RID OF THAT "LADY".

- MMMichelleJun 22, 20261.0The women who was working here the morning of Saturday June 20th manipulated and lied to me that I had no choice but to add insurance to my pre-booked rental. She said because I had an out of state license that I had no choice but to buy rental insurance, or I have to make a $500 claim on my insurance. When I did my drop off at the DTW, I complained about the experience and I was told that I absolutely did not have to purchase the insurance, which means she manipulated me into it. The car they gave me also was clearly one that had been heavily smoked in before and had cigarette burn holes in the car and I was told it was an "upgrade". Don't bother going here, go to literally any other location

Felt important even though my rental car was from an insurance claim. As long as Brandon is there, I'm happy to use them!

I then came here and they addressed all my needs and gave me an actual clean car to rent. The staff were so nice they even offered me water or coffee. 10/10 recommend this location!
