I just want to say I appreciate Rob Manrique. For helping me find a way to get everything on my car fixed! He really worked with me and helped out with many options, that I did not know I had. I will forever be grateful for Rob thank you.! You are truly a blessing!
I would like to recognize the outstanding team at Belle Tire—Sean, Mark, and Kevin—for providing exceptional customer service.
During my recent visit, their computer system went down, but they never let it affect the level of service they provided. They remained patient, professional, and courteous throughout the entire situation. Instead of making excuses, they found a way to keep things moving, got my vehicle serviced, and had me back on the road in a remarkably short amount of time.
This team has always gone above and beyond, and that's exactly why I continue to choose this location. I actually have three Belle Tire locations that are much closer to my home, but I gladly drive out of my way because of the incredible service I consistently receive from the team and especially Sean, and Mark.
Their dedication to their customers, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly appreciated. Thank you all for your hard work and for making every visit such a great experience. You are an outstanding team, and Belle Tire is fortunate to have you! Thie staff here deserves 10 stars +.

I want to thank Kevin King for the exemplary service he gave me, he walked me thru the service I requested, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need, treated me as a person. I want to also say thank you to the technicians that worked on my car, Zac, Stefan, Jorden and Gavin! I don't know if all were involved but I appreciate you! I will be back and I will refer my family friends! Thank you again!

Terrible experience. I had my tires installed w/ BT a few years ago. Needed to get a tire fixed/patched. The guy (real genius) helping me kept asking me about my tires, ex. when installed, basically info they should have. After 2 hours waiting, same genius told me tire needed to be replaced but it was a discont'd product and literally said "there's nothing we can do for you." Then sheepishly offered to "ask around." Cherry on top was seeing another DB there pressuring an old lady into getting stuff fixed. Side note: BT charges 3x/4x for parts & labor compared to other shops.
I scheduled an appointment for a tire replacement and also requested the free wheel alignment inspection, with the understanding that alignment would only be performed if it was actually needed.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged for a wheel alignment. However, after checking, it was obvious that none of the alignment adjustment bolts had been touched or turned. It appears that no alignment work was performed, yet I was still charged for it.
I am very disappointed with this experience and feel that I was charged for a service that was never completed.
