  I don't know how many alignment techs they have. Either its just the one tech or the whole store. In june or so we paid for an alignment. We were told our inner tierod was in incorrect because the tech can't adjust it. Week later they tried on the driver side. The last person to touch it was belle tire ( they wouldn't have been able to do the alignment if that is a true statement). Took my car to another belle tire and tech in royal oak did not do his job like he was supposed to and left my car out of alignment. Oh and no issue with the inner tire rod.

  I had a terrible experience at another tire store (rhymes with Schmisscount Schmire) and called Belle Tire in a panic. I needed my tire repaired or replaced asap. Kevin was super helpful and has his team take a look at my tire and determine it could be fixed and didn’t need to be replaced. Not only were they super fast on repairs, they also confirmed that the other tired store mentioned above was lying to me to make a sale? I appreciate Belle Tires great customer service and will continue to use them for future repairs/purchases.

  Please don’t trust this place. They tack on a $50 warranty automatically that doesn’t do anything except empty your pocket. make sure to get a full breakdown of the invoice before paying anything. In addition- my tires were overfilled by double, nearly triple the recommended PSI. Recommended 32, Checked with multiple gauges- tire was at 72 PSI. My guess, they set the bead of the tire and didn’t check the pressure to save 15 seconds. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN. Could’ve caused a blowout. Install and balance fees are also abysmal, topping like $35 a tire. and the selection is awful. Take your business elsewhere.

  Mitch helped me get all 4 of my tires replaced yesterday and the service at this location was excellent. I was searching around for the best price for new tires and I’m glad I went here because they ended up price matching another quote I’d found, and it was a friendly experience all around. New tires and fixed my alignment in under 2 hours. Will definitely come back here next time I need tire service. Thank you so much!!
