  Thanks to Mike and everyone at this location who helped me out with my tire issues yesterday. You are MILES better than the Woodward Royal Oak location who wouldn't even listen to my issue on the phone without cutting me off and saying they're too busy. Thanks again!

  I bought a battery from AutoZone in Detroit and my car died the same day I swapped the batteries. AutoZone told me they could not diagnose it and to take it to a shop. I jumped it and took it to Belle Tire in Royal Oak. They tested the new battery and said it was bad nothing against AutoZone it just happens sometimes. They put in a new battery and it was fine they confirmed nothing in my car was killing the battery. They informed me Im due for new breaks and I need a new spring and my spark plugs were about to go bad, nothing urgent just keeping it on my radar. They totally went above and beyond and communicated exceptionally well with me throughout the whole process. I dropped my car off shortly before they closed last night and it was ready for pick up before noon today, so they were wicked fast. I bought their battery and got a refund from AutoZone. Incredible customer service idk why I wasted my time with AutoZone, now ill always go to Belle Tire first. Thank you!

  I made an appointment for a complimentary tire repair because I had a slow leak. Before the repair, the tire would slowly lose air over time. After the repair, it started leaking much faster. A couple of days later, after it was obvious the leak had gotten worse, I brought the car back to let them know. I waited about an hour and a half, but no one was able to look at it, so I had to leave. Since then, the leak has continued to get worse, and now the tire won’t hold air at all. To be fair, Belle Tire has always offered free air, which has been convenient, and I appreciate that. I’m actually planning to come back tomorrow to buy a new tire and give them another opportunity to make this right. If they take care of the issue and provide good service, I’ll gladly update this review and increase the rating. I’m not upset that the original repair didn’t work—sometimes that happens. I’m disappointed that after the repair made the problem worse, I couldn’t get anyone to inspect it when I returned.
