  Curt at Belle Tire on Stephenson went above and beyond helping me find the right tire and stay under budget. I ended up with a higher rated tire than the originals for a great price and oil change within my budget. Very happy with the tires and quick service. Thank you for your exceptional service I will see you guys in 5k miles!

  Quoted me an astronomical price of $110 to replace a valve stem in a rim. I even had the wheel off of the vehicle already. The shop down the street did it for $10. Might have been a breakdown in communication but the guy I really didn't ask me any questions he just quoted me a price.

  Took my Explorer in for a 30,000 mile service. They stated the tires needed changing so fitted it with 4 new tires. But then it came back with damage to the rear right bumper. I back into my driveway and my security camera shows the damage wasn't there when I drove it to Belle Tires. When I spoke to Belle Tires they told me they couldn't find anything on their security footage so I had to file a police report. Then I find out they didn't even change my oil so I had to take it to another service shop!

  I brought my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy to Belle Tire for four new tires. When I got my vehicle back, all four wheels had damage along the rim lip where the tire meets the wheel. Several areas were covered with black residue that had to be scrubbed off, revealing additional scratches and gouges underneath. What disappointed me most wasn’t even the damage—it was the way I was treated when I brought it to their attention. Instead of investigating the issue, I was immediately told it was “curb rash” and that I was unwilling to accept responsibility. When I asked for any documentation supporting that conclusion, including inspection records, photos, or service notes, I was refused. I was then told that because of our prior interaction, they no longer wanted to help me and that I would have to deal with customer service. Interestingly, after telling me the damage was obviously pre-existing, the store immediately took photographs and opened an internal claim after I left. If you’re going to accuse a customer of causing damage to their own vehicle, you should be prepared to provide documentation supporting that claim. I asked for transparency, documentation, and a professional investigation. Instead, I was met with defensiveness, dismissal, and zero accountability. Mistakes happen. How a business responds is what matters. Based on my experience, Belle Tire failed on both fronts.
