    I had a really great experience at this Belle Tire, mostly thanks to Dan. I actually went to a different shop before coming here and they try to quote me for a bunch of stuff I supposedly needed, including an alignment. I decided to get a second opinion at this location and just asked them to look at my tire balance and alignment. Turns out, both did need some work, and they got it fixed up really fast. But the best part was how upfront Dan was about everything. He didn't try to upsell me at all. Instead of just ringing me up, he actually took the time to check my account. He let me know the alignment was covered since I just paid for one last year, and because I bought my tires from Belle Tire in 2024, the balance saying was free too. Definitely did and bother to mention any of that and was completely ready to charge me. I really appreciate it and being so honest and saving my money when he could have easily handed me a bill. If you want a straight shooting shot that won't try to repute off, definitely go to see Dan here. She's the assistant manager there too by the way.

    Not enough staff to get the work done. Showed up with a potential leaker, TPMS system alerted. Couldn't get me in, claiming too high a work load.

    Great customer service here. Went in because my tire was leaking air. They fixed it and it was done within an hour at no cost!

    I deal with ALOT of service places and belle tires in my line of work. Ive been to just about every belle tire in the east metro area n this is is definitely my least favorite one to deal with. Not very friendly here, in person or on the phone. Always seem to be in bad moods n im just bothering them with my business. Probably won't be coming here anymore... Update. I talked with my coworkers and they all say the same thing. Rude staff who seem bothered by our presence. Its confirmed we will no longer be coming here. Wich is ALOT of lost business for this branch.
