  All belle tire locations have been great. This one is most convenient and my go to. Have not been disappointed by service or speed at all

  I purchased tires last year from Belle Tire, somehow I managed to get a piece of metal in my tire that went into the tread. Belle Tire got me in, and fixed it up in less than an hour. Super friendly customer service as well!

  Took my car in for new tires. Convinced me to get an alignment, which is fine. Driving off the lot, it felt off -- like a wobble. Other passengers didn't notice (mostly felt in steering wheel and at high speeds). So I tried to ignore it. Finally, passengers started to notice a few months later, so I took it back in. Told me it was sway bars that would be like $300-400 to replace. I insisted it wasn't a "sway." Replaced them at home for less $40 (they looked old but fine), but car still had the wobble. A year after the new tires, passengers and I could feel the wobble was getting worse so took to a different Belle Tire. Was driving on unbalanced tires... for a year... The other Belle Tire knew right away and fixed for free.

  I went in a week ago to get tires installed that I purchased online during their Labor Day sale. After waiting a few hours I went back in only for them to tell me after that they don’t have those tires in stock (online said that they had those specific tires there) I asked to get a refund and the manager told me it would be 3-5 business days. After 3 days I called to check on it and they said they would call me back with an update. Unfortunately they forgot to call me back so when I called again he said there was nothing he could do and he would call me on Monday. Monday rolled around and I received no contact. The manager basically told me to try and dispute it with my bank to get my almost 400$ back which is not an option with a debit card. As I am still waiting for my refund, I would recommend d going to a different location that has better communication from leadership. I even asked if they could just put different tires that were a comparable price and I was told no. The manager even questioned why I was getting the front tires replaced - they have dry rotting and are uneven from old worn bearings so I highly do not recommend going here for service.

  FYI do not go to Belle Tire for Uber inspections, they will not honor the discounts or contracted inspection as stated on the Uber app. I asked them if they still participated with Uber and they sent me to another Belle Tire location. After driving all the way to the second location I was assured by the staff that they still worked with Uber. When they were done they charged me the full price of an inspection anyways! Save your gas money and go to the closest mechanic to you!
